How/when should I take Feel Algae Omega-3?

We recommend taking 2 Feel Algae Omega-3 capsules daily, with or after food.

Some essential nutrients in food, including vitamins A, D, E, and K are fat-soluble vitamins, so consuming these alongside healthy fats will ensure they are optimally absorbed and utilised within the body.

Taking omega-3’s with a dietary source of healthy fats has been shown to increase bioavailability, making them easier for the body to absorb.⁴

Eating also initiates a cascade of digestive processes that help your body absorb the nutrients from food, and taking supplements with food allows for optimal nutrient absorption.

Did you know?

Feel Algae Omega-3 capsules are vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher, non-GMO and free from all 14 major allergens. Our products contain no artificial fillers, bulking agents, or colours, and all packaging is made from 100% plant-derived, plastic-free, compostable materials.

How quickly will I see results?

Everyone is individual and everyone’s health journey is different.

You may feel some positive benefits from Feel Algae Omega-3 within the first few weeks, however it may take some time for you to notice the ingredients externally. Don’t worry - our capsules are working their magic!

Consistency is key and our research recommends taking Feel Algae Omega-3 for at least 3 months to allow your body to adjust and provide you with the desired benefits.

Why is taking Feel Algae Omega-3 consistently so important?

Feel Algae Omega-3 can help you to achieve your health goals, but only if you remember to take them consistently.

Out of sight, out of mind; sound familiar?

If you have a hard time remembering to take your daily supplements, try keeping them in a visible place, such as:

  • By your kettle
  • Next to your toothbrush
  • With your cereal boxes

Taking your supplements at the same time each day will help this to become a habit. Try taking your supplements at a particular time, such as with lunch or dinner, or setting an alarm to remind you when it’s vitamin time.

Finding a routine to help you remember to take your supplements is an easy way to ensure you experience the maximum benefits possible!

How do we source our Algae Omega-3?

We’ve cut out the middle man (middle fish) to obtain our DHA and EPA directly from nature’s source - Algae. We use Schizochytrium sp. algae, which has been well researched for safety.

Our algae is grown in large fermentation pools, ensuring that we don’t damage the ocean ecosystem or reduce algae as a food source for fish.

We then harvest and process our algae using gentle water extraction and pressing processes. This allows us to regularly monitor the purity of our algae and Omega-3 oil to ensure it contains low levels of heavy metals and contaminants compared to marine sources.

 no heavy metals or contaminants.

100% plant-based and completely sustainable.
