How/when should I take Feel Digestion?

Take 1 capsule with small meals and 1-2 capsules with large meals, up to 4 capsules daily.

Feel Digestion is designed to be taken alongside food to aid your body’s natural ability to break down proteins, carbohydrates, fats, sugars, and lactose, leaving you feeling balanced and free.

Fancy a change? Did you know you can open your Feel Digestion capsules and sprinkle them on food?

Feel Digestion can be mixed with foods and drinks, but be careful not to add to hot liquids, as the heat can damage the enzymes and herbs in our formula.

Make Feel Digestion part of your daily routine

Out of sight, out of mind; sound familiar?

If you have a hard time remembering to take your daily supplements, try keeping them in a visible place. If you usually eat your meals outside your home, try taking your Feel Digestion capsules with you, and set an alarm to remind you when it’s time to take them.

Finding a routine to help you remember to take your supplements is an easy way to ensure you experience the maximum benefits possible!

Feel Digestion is designed to be taken alongside a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

What else can I do to support my digestion?

We all need a bit of extra support sometimes; here’s our top tips for ensuring smooth and comfortable digestion every day.

Get your fibre: a high-fibre diet promotes regular bowel movements and may prevent many digestive issues. High-fibre foods include oat bran, legumes, nuts and seeds, vegetables, wholegrains, and wheat bran.

Stay hydrated: low fluid intake is a common cause of constipation. Increase your water consumption by drinking non-caffeinated beverages and eating foods with a higher water content: cucumber, celery, tomatoes, melons, strawberries, grapefruit, and peaches.

Manage your stress: stress negatively impacts your digestion, whereas decreasing stress has been shown to improve digestive symptoms. Incorporating stress management techniques, such as deep breathing, meditation, or yoga may not only improve your mindset but also your digestion.

Chew your food: digestion starts in the mouth, and chewing food thoroughly breaks it down so it can be digested more easily. Chewing also helps produce saliva, which helps food pass smoothly through your intestines.
