Are Feel ingredients tried and tested?

Yes. All our nutrients are obtained from a supplier who is registered and follows GMP compliance (Good Manufacturing Practices). This ensures the production of safe and good quality food supplements. The ingredients are all research based. Additional to this, each ingredient that goes into our formula has been tested by the raw material supplier, and certificates of analysis are available for every batch of raw material used in the formula.

Are your ingredients tested for contamination?

Why is there such a low dose of calcium and magnesium inside Feel Multivitamins?

It is technically impossible to fit these minerals into a multivitamin because of their size. These ingredients would take up one or two large capsules each. If you have a strong deficiency in these minerals it is suggested you take them additionally as a separate supplement.

My capsules have changed colour, is this normal?

Yes. There are lots of natural ingredients in our supplements, which can vary in shade.

What are the capsules made of?

The capsule shell is plant-based and is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. It is derived from wood fibre.

Are any of the ingredients 'food state'?

No. We have a very scientific approach to our supplements based on research. We choose the forms of the nutrients which have the best absorption rates. We have also decided not to use food-state ingredients as our product contains nutrients that are at a therapeutic dose.

Are there any Omega 3s inside Feel Multivitamins?

No.

Are the ingredients cruelty free?

Yes. We do not use any animals or animal products in the production of our Feel Multivitamins.

Are the ingredients sourced from China safe?

Yes. All our raw materials conform to food safety regulations, regardless of the country of origin.

Can I take Feel supplements if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

Feel Pregnancy and Feel Algae Omega are safe to take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before taking any other supplements.

Are Feel Multivitamins suitable to take during menopause?

Yes. They are suitable for women experiencing menopause as they help ensure a good intake and variety of high-quality nutrients. Feel Multivitamins include all the necessary nutrients menopausal women may need, such as K2, D3, calcium, magnesium and many more.

Are Feel Multivitamins suitable for children?

We would recommend that children take a supplement designed specifically for their age group.

Can I take more than the recommended value if I'm deficient?

We would always recommend taking the recommended dosage unless advised otherwise by your healthcare provider.

Can I take Feel Multivitamins with other supplements?

Why is there such a high dose of vitamin B12 in Feel multivitamins?

This is a common dosage of Vitamin B12 to be found in supplements. The NRV is a figure given to a nutrient below which you are likely to develop a health condition e.g. the NRV for Vitamin D is 5mcg and below this you may develop rickets. The NRV is therefore the absolute minimum you should be getting in your diet to avoid a health condition which is why you’ll commonly find more than the NRV in supplements.

Can I take Feel Multivitamins with my medication?

We would always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before taking any supplements alongside your prescription medication.

Does taking Feel Multivitamins replace the need for a varied and balanced diet?

Supplements are not designed to replace a healthy diet. Instead, they “supplement” a good intake of nutrients through your food. We always recommend a healthy, balanced diet full of nutrients.

Is it normal that Feel Multivitamins have changed the colour of my urine?

It is common to notice that your urine is a bright yellow /green colour when you start taking supplements. This is nothing to worry about and is totally normal. It is caused by the water-soluble vitamins and is a sign that your nutrients are being absorbed effectively!

Are Feel Multivitamins suitable for diabetics?

Yes. However, we always advise that you let your healthcare provider know if you are taking any supplements.

Did WeAreFeel conduct any studies to confirm the benefits of Feel Multivitamins?

The nutrients in our product have been subject to plenty of research. Research papers are available on request.

Is there a link between vitamin A & D? Do levels of one affect levels of the other one?

Both Vitamin A and Vitamin D are fat soluble vitamins which means they can be stored in the body. Most nutrients play a part in many different roles in the body and tend to depend on other nutrients being present. The levels of Vitamin D and Vitamin A are not connected though (i.e. you can be depleted in one but not the other).

Does iron affect the absorption of other nutrients such as calcium?

No. There was a concern that calcium can affect iron absorption, but evidence suggests that it does not have any long-term effect on iron absorption.

Can I combine Feel products?

Yes. Our supplements are expertly formulated to be taken together, effectively contributing to your health goals each in their own way.

Can I take the Feel Beauty Probiotic+ with your other products?

Yes, we have been careful not to repeat any ingredients in our product to ensure our customers can enjoy the benefits from our full range of products.

I thought the Feel Multivitamin was for hair, skin and nails. Why should I take Feel Beauty Probiotic+ too?

Feel Multivitamin contains 32 nutrients to support the normal functioning of many body systems; including immunity, digestion, thyroid, brain, energy production, eyes, and skin, hair and nails.

Whereas Feel Beauty Probiotic+ contains different, targeted ingredients: hyaluronic acid, botanicals and probiotics that are specifically designed to support the appearance and integrity of skin, hair and nails.

These products have been designed to complement each other – with Feel Multi providing the basic building blocks for a healthy body, and Feel Beauty providing targeted ingredients for beautiful skin, hair and nails.

Can I empty the contents of Feel Beauty Probiotic+ into a cold drink?

Unfortunately no. This is because the product contains probiotics. We use a delayed release capsule to ensure that these ingredients survive their journey through the stomach and are released in the right part of the digestive system.

Is there an age limit for taking the Feel Beauty Probiotic+?

16 and over.

Does Feel Beauty Probiotic+ help with acne?

Feel Beauty Probiotic+ is formulated to support the normal function and integrity of the skin, and contains ingredients that have been studied for their benefits to skin health (such as probiotics and antioxidants).

Can I take Feel Beauty Probiotic+ if I am already taking Shatavari?

There are no known interactions with any of the ingredients in Feel Beauty, however please consult a herbalist or healthcare practitioner if you have a health condition for further clarification.

Does Feel Beauty Probiotic+ help with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)?

The probiotics included in Feel Beauty Probiotic+ include Lactobacillus acidophilus which has been researched in relation to IBS, and has been shown to improve abdominal discomfort and gas/bloating.

Does Feel Beauty Probiotic+ help with thinning hair?

Feel Beauty Probiotic+ contains ingredients which are designed to support hair health. This includes bamboo extract, which is particularly high in the mineral silica, helps in the formation of collagen for strong, healthy connective tissues in the body – including skin, hair, nails, as well as bones, ligaments and teeth.

It also contains Alfalfa, a plant extract high in vitamins and minerals including vitamin K, vitamin C and copper. Together these help support collagen production, and hair pigment (colour).

Can I take additional probiotics alongside the Feel Beauty Probiotic+?

Yes, it is safe to take additional probiotics alongside Beauty probiotics, however the higher the dose of probiotics, the increased likelihood of some initial digestive side effects.

Is Feel Beauty Probiotic+ suitable for breastfeeding?

Some of the ingredients have not specifically been studied with relation to pregnancy and breastfeeding and so their effects during this time are not known. Therefore we would always advise that you speak to your medical health practitioner before taking when pregnant or breastfeeding.

I have been experiencing some indigestion whilst on the Feel Beauty Probiotic+, is this normal?

Probiotics may cause a temporary increase in digestive side effects in some individuals for the first one to three weeks (such as gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, mild nausea). This is a normal reaction to live probiotics and shows the probiotics are viable and are adjusting to your gut.

To reduce these initial side effects, it may be helpful to reduce the dose to one capsule daily, or take every other day, gradually building up to the full dose every day within a few weeks.

How long can I take Feel Beauty Probiotic+ for?

This supplement is designed for daily intake for long-term use. There are no known harmful side effects from taking ingredients at these dosages over the long-term.

Can I take Feel Algae Omega 3 with your other products?

Where do Feel ingredients come from?

For all incoming raw materials we have a programme to use reputable, quality suppliers of EP/USP grade materials who we have qualified via a vendor quality questionnaire. What’s a loyalty tier?

You will be placed in one of Feel Loyalty Tiers, depending on how many points you have earned over the last 12 months. How many loyalty tiers are there and how many points do I need to collect over 12 months to reach them?

How do I earn points?

You will be rewarded for every Feel product purchased (every £1 spent), as well as every time your active subscription(s) are renewed. Pre-set bundles (i.e. “Super Bundle”) are worth extra 10,000 points. Unlike pre-set bundles, Personalised Custom bundles (Bundle Builder) do not carry any extra points

Every £1 spent with Feel is worth 1,000 points (plus extra 10,000 per bundle).

Example:

You purchase a Feel Beauty Probiotic+ subscription for £16. You will receive 16,000 points (16 x 1,000 = 16,000). You will also receive 16,000 points every time your subscription gets renewed.

You purchase a Feel Super Bundle (Multi, Omega, Beauty) subscription for £29.95. Remember that bundles earn you additional 10,000 points. That means you will receive 39,950 points (29.95 x 1,000 + 10,000 = 39,950). You will also receive 39,950 points every time your super bundle subscription gets renewed.

How do I spend points?

Points will help you reach loyalty tiers. In addition, you can exchange all earned points for redeemable Feel rewards.

You will have more, cheaper and better rewards to choose from as you progress through Loyalty Tiers.

Will I go down the loyalty tier if I spend my points?

Definitely no. Your Loyalty Tier is calculated based on the equivalent of points that you earned within 12 months. Points that you spend on redeemable rewards are not deducted from that total.

Can my points expire?

Yes. Your redeemable points expire within 2 months since your last purchase. That means...
  • If you have an ongoing subscription that renews monthly, your points won’t expire as long as subscription remains active
  • Once last active subscription is cancelled, your points will expire 2 months since your last payment date
  • Once last active subscription is paused, your points will expire 2 months since your last payment date
  • If your payment card was declined thus causing subscription to be cancelled / renewal date delayed, your points will expire 2 months since your last payment date
You won’t be able recover expired points

I’ve been a customer for a long time. Will my loyalty points be backdated?

Unfortunately no, due to technical limitations. Loyalty points are being distributed since the launch of Feel Loyalty Programme, 12th March 2021.
