Are Feel ingredients tried and tested?

Yes. All our nutrients are obtained from a supplier who is registered and follows GMP compliance (Good Manufacturing Practices). This ensures the production of safe and good quality food supplements. The ingredients are all research based. Additional to this, each ingredient that goes into our formula has been tested by the raw material supplier, and certificates of analysis are available for every batch of raw material used in the formula

Are Feel ingredients tested for contamination?

Yes.

My Feel capsules have changed colour, is this normal?

Yes. There are lots of natural ingredients in our supplements which can have natural variations in colour and shade.

What are Feel capsules made of?

Our capsules are made from Tapioca Pullulan (100% plant-based).

Our Beauty Probiotic+ Capsules are made from Delayed Release Vegetable Capsule Shell (Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose) to enhance the stability of our moisture sensitive probiotics, and ensure our ingredients reach the right place.

Are any of the nutrients in Feel supplements ‘food state’?

No. We have a very scientific approach to our supplements based on research. We choose the forms of the nutrients which have the best absorption rates. We have also decided not to use food-state ingredients as our product contains nutrients that are at a therapeutic dose.

Are the ingredients in Feel products cruelty free?

Yes. We do not use any animals or animal products in the production of our products.

Are the ingredients sourced from China safe?

Yes. All our raw materials conform to food safety regulations, regardless of the country of origin.

Can I take Feel supplements if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Feel Pregnancy and Feel Algae Omega-3 are safe to take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before taking any other supplements whilst pregnant or breastfeeding.

Can I take more than the recommended value if I'm deficient?

We would always recommend taking the recommended dosage unless advised otherwise by your healthcare provider.

Can I take Feel Multivitamins with other supplements?

It depends on what the other supplements are. If you are in any doubt, please feel free to contact us.

Did Feel conduct any studies to confirm the benefits of Feel Multivitamins?

The nutrients in our product have been subject to plenty of research. Research papers are available on request.

Is there a link between vitamin A & D? Do levels of one affect levels of the other one?

Both Vitamin A and Vitamin D are fat soluble vitamins which means they can be stored in the body. Most nutrients play a part in many different roles in the body and tend to depend on other nutrients being present. The levels of Vitamin D and Vitamin A are not connected though (i.e. you can be depleted in one but not the other).

Does iron affect the absorption of other nutrients such as calcium?

No. There was a concern that calcium can affect iron absorption, but evidence suggests that it does not have any long-term effect on iron absorption.

Can I combine Feel products?

Yes. Our supplements are expertly formulated to be taken together, effectively contributing to your health goals each in their own way.

What is the recommended daily intake of my Feel Supplements?

  • For Multivitamin, Joints, Algae Omega-3, Immunity, Beauty Probiotic+, Moodtropics, Focus, Bones, Menopause, Pregnancy: take 2 capsules daily with food.
  • For Digestion: take 1 capsule with small meals and 1-2 capsules with large meals.
  • For Sleep: take 1 full teaspoon (5g) mixed with 250ml of milk of your choice (we recommend plant based), 30-60 minutes before bedtime.

Can I open my Feel Capsules and sprinkle them on food?

Some of our supplements can be opened and sprinkled on food: Multivitamin, Digestion, Joints, Glucomannan, Pregnancy, Immunity, Moodtropics, Focus.

How quickly will I see results?

You may feel some positive benefits from our products after the first few weeks, however it may take some time for you to notice the benefits externally, but don’t worry, our ingredients are working their magic.

Consistency is key and our research suggests that it is recommended to take our products for at least 3 months to allow your body to adjust and provide you with the desired benefits.

What age are Feel supplements recommended for?

Where do Feel ingredients come from?

For all incoming raw ingredients we have a programme to use reputable, quality suppliers of EP/USP grade materials who we have qualified via a vendor quality questionnaire. Suppliers are approved by a quality questionnaire, specifications, and samples.

We also visit a manufacturer where possible, and if deemed necessary/strategic. We also control suppliers with our complaints procedure.

Do Feel products contain any artificial additives?

As a brand, we are intentional about ensuring all added ingredients are natural, safe, and essential. We never include:
  • Magnesium stearate
  • Silicon dioxide
  • Titanium dioxide
  • Animal products
  • Artificial preservatives or colourings
Some of our products require a few ingredients above and beyond just vitamins and minerals.
  • Clear protein: maltodextrin, sucralose.

Do Citrus Bioflavonoids contain any grapefruit extract?

We are really sorry to see you go and if you think there is anything we can do to make you stay, please let us know.

To cancel your subscription please call us on +44 (0) 333 050 4000 or email hello@wearefeel.com. You can also request a call back by going to 'Active Subscriptions' in the menu on the left hand-side, and clicking the 'Edit' button next to the subscription you'd like to cancel. When you choose the 'Cancel Subscription' option you'll be able to enter your telephone number and scedule a call with one of our team members.

Please note that all cancelation requests have to be made at least 3 business days prior to the next scheduled order.

Can I buy Feel Supplements without subscribing?

No. The reason we make it a subscription is because it is a regular-use product and by conveniently delivering through your letter box every month we ensure you never forget, never run out and do not need to spend time shopping for a new box every time. If you do not wish to continue the subscription, it is very easy to cancel or pause at any time. We offer a commitment-free rolling subscription plan.

Which stores stock Feel Supplements?

Currently we only sell directly to customers through our website. Stores take high margins and commissions (up to 60%) and with that, we would not be able to deliver such a high-quality product for an affordable price.

Are Feel Supplements sold internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to the UK (including the Channel Islands), Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

How quickly will I receive my box?

We usually dispatch the next working day (except for weekends) and shipping may take up to 2 business days in the UK and up to 10 business days for the rest of the world. In rare cases delivery times may vary and can deviate from those listed here due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control as the shipment is done by external companies and people not employed by Feel Holdings Limited.

Once you submit Your before and after pictures, our team is going to review them. After we verify your submission, a member of Customer Support will be in touch to send you the reward that you’ve chosen.

We reserve a right not to issue a reward if submissions are not high enough quality (for example: background isn’t clear, poor resolution photos). Thus be the case, a member of Customer Support will be in touch to discuss improving your submission.

How do Feel Rewards work?

Feel Rewards are based on loyalty points. You will earn points by simply purchasing Feel subscriptions - every £1 you spend on wearefeel.com is worth 1,000 points or more.

You can earn additional points by purchasing pre-set bundle products, interacting with our social media accounts, joining Feel academy, participating in our Before/After programme and more. We will be constantly adding new ways to earn points, so always keep your eye on your rewards page (https://wearefeel.com/pages/rewards) and rewards email updates.

When you collect loyalty points, you will be able to:
  • Exchange them for rewards, such offers, gifts and discounts
  • Reach new loyalty tiers, that will unlock exclusive benefits

What’s a loyalty tier?

You will be placed in one of Feel Loyalty Tiers, depending on how many points you have earned over the last 12 months. If you earned enough points in a 12 month period to move up a tier, we'll immediately move you up and let you know via an on-site notification and email. You will remain in the tier for a minimum of 12 months.

How many loyalty tiers are there and how many points do I need to collect over 12 months to reach them?

We have 4 loyalty tiers:
  1. New Member (0 to 49,999 points)
  2. New Silver (50,000 to 124,999 points)
  3. New Gold (125,000 to 249,999 points)
  4. New VIP (250,000+ points)

What’s the point of loyalty tiers?

As you reach new higher tiers, you will be rewarded with more perks, such as:
  • permanent discounts
  • more rewards to choose from
  • more ways to get double points
  • early access to new products
  • early access to sales

How do I earn points?

You will be rewarded for every Feel product purchased (every £1 spent), as well as every time your active subscription(s) are renewed. Pre-set bundles (i.e. “Super Bundle”) are worth extra 10,000 points. Unlike pre-set bundles, Personalised Custom bundles (Bundle Builder) do not carry any extra points

Every £1 spent with Feel is worth 1,000 points (plus extra 10,000 per bundle).

Example:

You purchase a Feel Beauty Probiotic+ subscription for £16. You will receive 16,000 points (16 x 1,000 = 16,000). You will also receive 16,000 points every time your subscription gets renewed.

You purchase a Feel Super Bundle (Multi, Omega, Beauty) subscription for £29.95. Remember that bundles earn you additional 10,000 points. That means you will receive 39,950 points (29.95 x 1,000 + 10,000 = 39,950). You will also receive 39,950 points every time your super bundle subscription gets renewed.

How do I spend points?

Points will help you reach loyalty tiers. In addition, you can exchange all earned points for redeemable Feel rewards.

You will have more, cheaper and better rewards to choose from as you progress through Loyalty Tiers.

Will I go down the loyalty tier if I spend my points?

Definitely no. Your Loyalty Tier is calculated based on the equivalent of points that you earned within 12 months. Points that you spend on redeemable rewards are not deducted from that total.

Can my points expire?

Yes. Your redeemable points expire within 2 months since your last purchase. That means...
  • If you have an ongoing subscription that renews monthly, your points won’t expire as long as subscription remains active
  • Once last active subscription is cancelled, your points will expire 2 months since your last payment date
  • Once last active subscription is paused, your points will expire 2 months since your last payment date
  • If your payment card was declined thus causing subscription to be cancelled / renewal date delayed, your points will expire 2 months since your last payment date

I’ve been a customer for a long time. Will my loyalty points be backdated?

Unfortunately no, due to technical limitations. Loyalty points are being distributed since the launch of Feel Loyalty Programme, 12th March 2021.
