How/when should I take Feel Ashwagandha + Mushroom Complex?

Feel Ashwagandha + Mushroom Complex works to support the overall health and function of the brain, while also relieving any emotional fatigue. Clinical trials for KSM-66® Ashwagandha and Affron® have shown the benefits of daily supplementation at just 8 weeks. That said, long-term consistency is still key, particularly as the combined ingredients help to regulate neurotransmitters for better memory and learning. Therefore, individuals who are older, more emotionally fatigued or stressed may take a little longer to notice the benefits. For this reason, we always suggest taking Feel Ashwagandha + Mushroom Complex for at least 3 months and for the long-term.

We recommend taking 2 capsule daily, with or after food. You can always take in two separate doses, one capsule in the morning to support cognition and mental performance, and one capsule in the evening to calm daily stresses and aid restfulness.

Did you know?

Feel Ashwagandha + Mushroom Complex is vegan, gluten free, halal, kosher, non-GMO, and free from all 14 major allergens. Our products contain no artificial fillers, bulking agents, or colours.

How quickly will I see results?

Everyone is individual and everyone’s health journey is different.

You may feel some positive benefits from Feel Ashwagandha + Mushroom Complex within the first few weeks, however, it may take some time for you to notice the benefits externally. Don’t worry - our ingredients are still working their magic!

For some, the benefits may take more time. This may be because:

  • Some people require higher amounts of nutrients depending on their sex, age, genetics, diet, lifestyle, possible medications, and stress levels!
  • Not all nutrients absorb at the same rate
  • Water-soluble nutrients have a faster effect than fat-soluble nutrients

Why is taking Feel Ashwagandha + Mushroom Complex consistently so important?

Supplements can help you achieve your health goals, but only if you remember to take them consistently.

Out of sight, out of mind; sound familiar?

If you have a hard time remembering to take your daily supplements, try keeping them in a visible place, such as:

  • By your kettle
  • Next to your toothbrush
  • With your cereal boxes

Taking your supplements at the same time every day will help this to become a habit. Try taking your supplements at a particular time, such as with lunch or dinner, or setting an alarm to remind you when it’s vitamin time.

Finding a routine to help you remember to take your supplements is an easy way to ensure you experience the maximum benefits possible!

Feel Ashwagandha + Mushroom Complex is designed to be taken alongside a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

How else can I achieve inner balance?

If you’re looking to further support your overall brain health and emotional wellbeing, then a combination of lifestyle and dietary improvements might be the place to start. Consuming a balanced diet, rich in antioxidants can protect the brain cells from oxidative damage, which is believed to be linked to cognitive decline. Additionally, foods rich in Omega-3 (especially DHA) are very important for maintaining brain function, as this special fatty acid compound has been found to improve learning capacity and furthermore, help with lifting mood.

 Antioxidant foods

  • Blueberries, pomegranate, strawberries, raspberries
  • Leafy greens
  • Green tea, coffee
  • Turmeric
  • Dark chocolate

Omega-3 foods

  • Oily fish – salmon, mackerel, tuna, sardines
  • Olive oil, flaxseed oil
  • Nuts, seeds
  • Egg yolks (organic)

 Lifestyle changes

  • Stay hydrated: Aim for 6-8 glasses of water each day to fuel the brain.
  • Try to engage in physical activity each day, even if it’s just a 30-minute walk. Exercise releases endorphins which can relieve stress, aid mental performance, and improve sleep quality.
  • Reduce smoking or vaping as the toxins can damage brain cells and function.
  • Avoid stimulants such as caffeine and alcohol as they may increase the feeling of anxiety and nervousness.
  • Enjoy meditation or breathing exercises to clear the mind and alleviate stress.
  • Solve puzzles: Brain training and mental games can support mental health and reduce the risk of age-related memory decline.
