How/when should I take my Feel Beauty?

We recommend taking 2 Feel Beauty Probiotic+ capsules daily, with or after food. 

Eating initiates a cascade of digestive processes that help your body absorb the nutrients from food, and taking supplements with food allows for optimal nutrient absorption.

Our Feel Beauty Probiotic+ capsules include patented delayed release technology with acid resistant properties to protect the live cultures inside, ensuring they reach their target destination - your large intestine.

Therefore we do not recommend opening your Feel Beauty Probiotic+ capsules, as it can affect the quality of our ingredients.
