How/when should I take Feel Moodtropics?

We recommend taking 2 Feel Moodtropics capsules daily, with or after food. 

Some of the compounds within our botanicals are fat-soluble, so consuming Moodtropics alongside foods will ensure that all the active compounds are optimally absorbed and utilised within the body. 

Eating also initiates a cascade of digestive processes that help your body absorb the nutrients from food, and taking supplements with food allows for optimum nutrient absorption.
