How/when should I take Feel Joints?

We recommend taking 2 Feel Joints capsules daily, with or after food.

Eating initiates a cascade of digestive processes that help your body absorb the nutrients from food, and taking supplements with food allows for optimum nutrient absorption.

Fancy a change? Did you know you can open your Feel Joints capsules and sprinkle them on food? Why not try adding to your favourite warm drink, smoothie bowl, or yoghurt.

Did you know?

Feel Joints are vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher, and non-GMO. Our products contain no artificial fillers, bulking agents, or colours, and all packaging is made from 100% plant-derived, plastic-free, compostable materials.

How quickly will I see results?

Everyone is individual and everyone’s health journey is different.

You may feel some positive benefits from Feel Joints within the first few weeks, but for some, it may take longer; don’t worry - our ingredients are working their magic!

Consistency is key and our research recommends taking Feel Joints for at least 3 months to allow your body to adjust and provide you with the desired benefits.

For some, the benefits may take more time. This may be because:

  • Some people require higher amounts of nutrients depending on their sex, genetics, diet, and lifestyle
  • Not all nutrients absorb at the same rate
  • Water-soluble nutrients have a faster effect than fat-soluble nutrients.

Why is taking Feel Joints consistently so important?

Feel Joints can help support you towards your health goals; but only if you remember to take them consistently.

Out of sight, out of mind; sound familiar?

If you have a hard time remembering to take your daily supplements, try keeping them in a visible place, such as:

  • By your kettle
  • Next to your toothbrush
  • With your cereal boxes

Taking your supplements at the same time every day will help this to become a habit. Try taking your supplements at a particular time, such as with lunch or dinner, or setting an alarm to remind you when it’s vitamin time.

Finding a routine to help you remember to take your supplements is an easy way to ensure you experience the maximum benefits possible!

Feel Joints are designed to be taken alongside a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

What else can I do to support my joint health?

One key step in your joint health journey may be changing up your diet; the foods you eat have an impact on your wellbeing, so it is essential to make a habit out of healthy eating.
