Returns

Customers have a 14-day return window from the date its delivered to open a return request and are responsible for the cost of the return. Once we've issued return instructions, items must be sent back to us unopened and sealed within a further 14 days - returns sent after this window won't be accepted.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Your rights in relation to faulty or damaged items always apply.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original pouch/tub/sachet unopened. We will not accept returns which have been used or opened (this does not apply to the outer shipping box).

To speak to us about a return, please contact us via email on hello@wearefeel.com with the following information: Order number, product(s) you would like to be returned and the reason.

We will then provide instructions on how to return. After we receive your return, it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your refund. Please wait 10 working days before contacting us regarding your refund.

The shipping fee is non-refundable.

Please note we do not offer exchanges or product swaps.
