Natural form of cobalamin (B12);

Folate is a natural form;
The cheaper form of Folic Acid which is not Methyl Folate requires you body to break it down to Folate using the MTHFR gene, which makes it much less bio-available than Folate. Some research indicates some people do not have the MTHFR gene so they can not absorb Folic Acid in its cheaper unnatural form.
