Receiving a reward

Once you submit your before and after pictures, our team is going to review them. After we verify your submission, a member of Customer Support will be in touch to send you the reward that you’ve chosen.

We reserve a right not to issue a reward if submissions are not high enough quality (for example: background isn’t clear, poor resolution photos). Thus be the case, a member of Customer Support will be in touch to discuss improving your submission.

Voucher

Once your submission is verified, if your photos are used across our content, a member of Customer Support will email you with your voucher.
