How/when should I take my Feel Multivitamin?

We recommend taking 2 Feel Multivitamin capsules daily, with or after food. Some essential nutrients, including vitamins A, D, E, and K are called fat-soluble vitamins, so consuming them alongside healthy fats will ensure they are optimally absorbed and utilised within the body. 

Eating also initiates a cascade of digestive processes that help your body absorb the nutrients from food, and taking supplements with food allows for optimal vitamin and mineral absorption.
