How/when should I take Feel Daily Biotic?
Feel Daily Biotic works to support the overall health and function of the digestive system, while also having a positive influence on the immune system, skin, mental wellbeing, and overall wellness. Consistent intake of live cultures is recommended to enhance the microbiota. Inadequate diets, poor lifestyle, stress, age and medication can damage our gut flora and cause an imbalance in our health and overall bodily functions; therefore, it is vitally important to replenish and restore our healthy bacteria. Everyone is different and the number and diversity of good bacteria varies for each individual, which is why some people may take a little longer to notice the benefits. For this reason, we always suggest taking Feel Daily Biotic for at least 3 months and for the long-term.
We recommend taking 1 capsule daily, with or after food. If you suffer with digestive issues (bloating, constipation, abdominal discomfort) or are on a course of antibiotics, it is preferable to increase to 2 capsules to efficiently replenish the potentially damaged gut flora. To ensure the antibiotics do not hinder the live cultures, we would suggest taking Feel Daily Biotic at least 1 hour away from the antibiotics.

How quickly will I see results?
Everyone is individual and everyone’s health journey is different.
You may feel some positive digestive benefits from Feel Daily Biotic within the first few days, however, it may take some time for you to notice the benefits externally. Don’t worry - our ingredients are still working their magic!
For some, the benefits may take more time. This may be because:
- Some people may have a poorer gut microbiota depending on their age, genetics, diet, lifestyle, medications, and stress levels!
Why is taking Feel Daily Biotic consistently so important?
Supplements can help you achieve your health goals, but only if you remember to take them consistently.
Out of sight, out of mind; sound familiar?
If you have a hard time remembering to take your daily supplements, try keeping them in a visible place, such as:
- By your kettle
- Next to your toothbrush
- With your cereal boxes
Taking your supplements at the same time every day will help this to become a habit. Try taking your Daily Biotic at a particular time, such as with lunch or dinner, or setting an alarm to remind you when it’s time to positively feed your gut!
Finding a routine to help you remember to take your supplements is an easy way to ensure you experience the maximum benefits possible!
Feel Daily Biotic is designed to be taken alongside a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
How else can I look after my gut health?
If you’re looking to further support your overall digestive health, then a combination of lifestyle and dietary improvements might be the place to start. Our gut microbes are reliant on what we feed them! Consuming a balanced, yet diverse high-fibre diet, rich in gut loving foods can help to feed the good bacteria. It is also important to reduce the intake of ultra-processed food and alcohol as these have a damaging effect on our intestinal health.
High Fibre foods
- Fruit and Vegetables (with skin)
- Wholegrains
- Nuts and seeds
- Chickpeas, lentils and pulses
Prebiotic Foods
- Kefir and kombucha
- Kimchi, sauerkraut, pickles
- Miso, tofu, tempeh
- Bananas
- Live yogurt
- Wholegrains (oats)
- Garlic, onion, leeks, asparagus, artichokes
Lifestyle changes
- Stay hydrated: Aim for 6-8 glasses of water each day to help flush out toxins, aid bowel movement and reduce bloating and constipation.
- Try to engage in physical activity each day, even if it’s just a 30-minute walk. Exercise increases heart rate and muscle contractions, which can help with stool movement for better digestive health.
- Reduce smoking as this has been linked to the increase of chronic intestinal disorders. There is also belief that the toxins from smoking can destroy the good bacteria, resulting in a less diverse gut flora9.
- Avoid or limit snacking in the evening. Your digestive system needs to also rest from the constant breaking down of food. During the night this is when your gut stops it’s digestive processes and works to restore and ‘clean up’ your gut lining to keep it healthy.
- Stress and lack of sleep has been shown to negatively impact upon the good gut bacteria. Try meditation or breathing exercises to alleviate stress and to aid a better night sleep.
- Eat slowly – remember to thoroughly chew to ensure better absorption of nutrients. It also means the body’s digestive pathways do not have to work extra hard to break down food.
- Avoid artificial sweeteners as there is evidence to suggest that they can disrupt the balance of good gut bacteria10.
