DELIVERY

We usually dispatch the next working day (except weekends). Shipping can take up to 10 business days for EU orders. In most cases orders are delivered sooner. In rare cases delivery times may vary and can deviate from those listed here due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

You will be notified via e-mail and text to confirm when the order has been dispatched and a second e-mail with the tracking number and expected delivery date.

Your order
Upon receipt of the order, it would be the customer’s responsibility to check the contents and confirm no damage has been occured during shipping.

Please let us know if there are any issues relating to the order within 7 business days of it arriving.

International
We ship worldwide via Evri International. Please click here for shipping rates below. Kindly note this is an approximation and would vary depending on what has been added to the order.

Feel would cover duties and tax up to the value of 150 EUR however if the total order value exceeds this, the customer would be required to cover the remainder.

If you're based in one of the following locations, please note that duties and your local countries import tax rate (DDU – Delivery Duties Unpaid) will need to be paid separately before your order can be delivered:

China, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Macao, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Gibraltar, Israel, Turkey, Norway, and Jordan.

The amount you’ll need to pay depends on the value of your order and your country’s customs regulations. Don’t worry, you’ll be contacted by the courier with details on how to complete payment.

RETURNS

Customers have a 14-day return window from the date its delivered to open a return request and are responsible for the cost of the return.

Customers must raise their return request within 14 days of delivery. Return requests raised after this window will not be accepted. Once we have issued returns instructions, the item must be sent back to us, unopened and sealed, within a further 14 days. Returns sent after this window will not be accepted, in line with health and safety regulations.

Under EU consumer law you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, depending on your country of residence. Your rights in relation to faulty or damaged items always apply. For how to cancel your subscription, see the cancellation section of our Terms of Service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original pouch/tub/sachet unopened. We will not accept returns which have been used or opened (this does not apply to the outer shipping box).

To speak to us about a return, please contact us via email on hello@wearefeel.com with the following information: Order number, product(s) you would like to be returned and the reason.

We will then provide instructions on how to return. After we receive your return, it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your refund. Please wait 10 working days before contacting us regarding your refund.

The shipping fee is non-refundable.
