How/when should I take Feel V-Health?

Specifically designed for women, Feel V-Health works to improve the vagina’s microflora, by reducing yeast and pathogenic bacteria, while helping to balance the pH of the vagina. It can also strengthen overall immunity and ultimately prevent the occurrence of UTI’s. For some women, UTI’s can be a lot more frequent impacting negatively on physical and mental wellbeing and therefore a daily maintenance support for the longer-term may be required to keep UTI’s at bay! If this is the case, then we recommend taking 2 capsules daily. For those who are looking for immediate UTI relief and to shorten the duration of symptoms, then we suggest consuming 3 capsules with food, spread out over the course of the day. The occurrence of vaginal infections can be dependent on several factors such as genetics, diet and lifestyle, yeast overgrowth, impaired immunity, and age. Therefore, consistency with supplementation is key.

For women who suffer with regular UTIs, they may notice fewer or less severe symptoms throughout the year if taken on a daily maintenance basis. We would always recommend taking the supplement for at least 3 months, so the live bacteria cultures can work to replenish the good vaginal bacteria. Importantly, if taken for a longer duration then stores of Vitamin C can build in the body to strengthen the immune system, while D-Mannose can actively work in the urinary tract to expel E.coli.

How quickly will I see results?

Everyone is individual and everyone’s health journey is different.

You may feel some positive benefits from Feel V-Health within the first month, however, it may take some time for you to notice the benefits as results are not necessarily noticeable from the outside. Don’t worry - our ingredients are still working their magic internally!

For some, the benefits may take more time. This may be because:

  • Some people require higher amounts of nutrients depending on their age (menopausal), genetics, diet, possible medication and lifestyle.
  • Not all nutrients absorb at the same rate

Why is taking Feel V-Health consistently so important?

Supplements can help you achieve your health goals, but only if you remember to take them consistently.

Out of sight, out of mind; sound familiar?

If you have a hard time remembering to take your daily supplements, try keeping them in a visible place, such as:

  • By your kettle
  • Next to your toothbrush
  • With your cereal boxes

Taking your supplements at the same time every day will help this to become a habit. Try taking your supplements at a particular time, such as with lunch or dinner, or setting an alarm to remind you when it’s vitamin time.

Finding a routine to help you remember to take your supplements is an easy way to ensure you experience the maximum benefits possible!

Feel V-Health is designed to be taken alongside a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

How else can I support my vaginal health?

If you’re looking to support the health of your vagina, then a combination of lifestyle and dietary improvements might be the place to start. Consuming Vitamin C and antioxidant rich foods can help to support your body’s natural immune system and reduce the likelihood of infections. In addition, anti-microbial foods can help with combating candida, which is known as a vaginal yeast infection; this can result in discomfort and an imbalance in vaginal pH. Foods rich in live bacteria that contain certain Lactobacillus strains can also help minimise the growth of harmful pathogens and can also prevent bacterial vaginosis. Ensuring efficient vaginal care and hygiene can result in keeping your internal pH balanced, helping to promote a healthier intimate environment.
