I love the combination of bioavailable B vitamins alongside adaptogens and nootropics in Feel Focus. It's perfect with breakfast to support my energy levels and clarity for the day ahead. Beauty Probiotic+ is a great formula for supporting skin with anti-inflammatory ingredients that make a really effective addition to an anti-inflammatory diet. I love using Balanced Skin alongside Beauty Probiotic+ to support healthy skin. I'm seeing and feeling a difference that others are noticing too!

Elizabeth's aim is to find the root cause of symptoms, using lab testing, evidence-based research, and clinical experience, to restore optimum health for both chronic and recently presenting health problems. Feel offer a range of supplements that are backed by scientific studies and trials.
Feel offer a range of supplements that are backed by scientific studies and trials. As a dietitian I always try to use the food first approach where possible to promote a healthy balanced diet. However, there are times where clients struggle to get the right nutrients in their diet or they may be eliminating certain foods to help manage allergies or intolerances. Feel provide multivitamins and supplements to improve digestion, skin and mood. Products are free from fillers and bulking agents and are vegan friendly and gluten free.

I'm very happy with the results after taking Balanced Skin and Beauty Probiotic+ and will be including these products in my clinical toolkit for future clients.
Having looked at Feel’s products across the range, they have really caught my attention with their thoughtfully put together complexes of vitamins, minerals and herbs. I only ever like to recommend supplements to clients that do not contain necessary fillers, binders or poor quality ingredients, and Feel gets my approval on this. I also like that they are made in the UK and free from plastic. More specifically, I have personally been using Balanced Skin and the Beauty Probiotic+ after having some food intolerance related skin issues this year, and they have been a useful part of my protocol in getting back to clear skin. I'm very happy with the results and will be including these products in my clinical toolkit for future clients. I think Feel’s V-Health supplement is a very thoughtfully put together complex of my favourite urinary and vaginal health botanical herbs, vitamins and probiotic strains. I love that the product does not contain unnecessary binders and fillers that we often see on the market and the packaging is environmentally friendly and beautiful! I think this will help many women experiencing UTI’s who are wanting to support themselves.

I was super impressed with Feel’s Daily Biotic and Natural Magnesium+Calcium supplements.
As someone who swears by high-quality probiotics and magnesium supplements for several reasons (for myself and for my clients), I know when I’ve tried a good one, and I was super impressed with Feel’s Daily Biotic and Natural Magnesium+Calcium supplements. I recently took these travel-friendly, filler-and bulking agent-free products away with me to trial for the first time, mainly to support my digestion and sleep, which are typically poor when I go away. I can say with absolute certainty that my digestion was the best it’s ever been whilst travelling. It also felt remarkably better than before I went away, and I slept like a log! I must also mention that Feel’s plastic-free packaging is also the most aesthetically pleasing packaging I’ve ever seen! Highly recommend it and can’t wait to try more.

I love the packaging and quality of Feel Pro Collagen.
Many collagen powder supplements can taste sweet and sickly; however, Pineapple-Grapefruit Pro Collagen tastes refreshing and light. I love the packaging and quality of this product.

I will certainly keep Feel's supplements in my toolbox when recommending a supplement to my private clients.
I'm really impressed with Feel’s values and approach to nutrition, prioritising quality in their formulations and paving the way with their innovative range. My partner has been taking the Pro Turmeric capsules as he deals with joint issues and sports-related injuries. The concept of this product is fantastic and there is certainly promising evidence behind curcumin as a natural anti-inflammatory with the potential to promote healing. I also love that Feel has created the Pro Collagen supplement that is not only suitable for vegans, but has been formulated to optimise results (and the Pineapple-Grapefruit flavour tastes great!). I will certainly keep Feel's supplements in my toolbox when recommending a supplement to my private clients.

Feel Beauty Gummies are very palatable - my nails are much stronger and my hair is growing faster.
Feel Beauty Gummies are very palatable and therefore easy to remember to take. I have noticed that my nails are much stronger and my hair is growing faster. I enjoyed the size of the Multivitamin, they are small compared to most bulky ones, and Pineapple-Grapefruit Pro Collagen is very delicious. My skin overall is slightly smoother.

Feel’s mindful mixes of nutrients, whole foods and botanicals would be valuable for those seeking a more holistic approach to health.
Exploring the Feel range of products was a dream. Their mindful mixes of nutrients, whole foods and botanicals would be valuable for those seeking a more holistic approach to health. As a Nutritional Therapist, I’m 100% behind this, both for my clients and for myself! I was particularly excited to try the Beauty Probiotic+, especially since it includes several nutrients that are part of my anti-hay fever summer supplement list – notably Pine Bark Extract, Aloe Vera Extract and beneficial Lactobacilli bacteria. Nourished skin and less sneezing. Staying health-focused is hard when you start each day opening numerous bottles of supplements, which is why I love discovering products that support multiple systems or health goals. Additionally, the eco-friendly packaging looks and feels attractive and is sustainable, which is a big plus.

Feel Menopause contains bioavailable forms of key nutrients in a handy two per day capsule format.
The Feel Menopause product contains bioavailable forms of key nutrients in a handy two per day capsule format. I’m very impressed with Feel’s Vegan Omega-3 and I often recommend it to my fertility and pregnancy clients.
As a Prenatal Nutritionist, I’m very impressed with Feel’s Vegan Omega-3 and I often recommend it to my fertility and pregnancy clients - whether or not they’re vegan. As it’s derived from algae, it’s a sustainable and clean way to get those all-important omega-3 fatty acids - DHA and EPA - without worrying about the toxins and heavy metals you might find in some fish oils. Omega-3 is essential for everyone, but especially during pregnancy for baby’s brain and eye development. I really appreciate that Feel is focused on quality and sustainability, so I can confidently recommend it as a safe and effective supplement during such an important time in a woman’s life.

I will be purchasing a second month's supply of Pro Collagen and am happy to recommend it to my clients.
Hair Support is a nice supplement that has shown some improvement in my hair texture and I have less hair fall than before. It's early days so I'm looking forward to seeing the results after 3 months of use. Like all of Feel's products, this product comes in a lovely recyclable and slimline package. I’ve only used Pro Collagen for a month but it has left my skin and my joints feeling more supple and as far as collagen drinks go it tastes nice and not chemically. I will be purchasing a second month's supply of Pro Collagen and am happy to recommend it to my clients .I definitely noticed an improvement in skin texture with Beauty Gummies, coupled with Pro Collagen. My nails didn't break as often or as easily with them.

I’m so excited to share Feel with my clients.
Feel is a pioneer in the category of sustainable, accessible, high-quality formulations. From their values, mission and unique blends to the sustainable packaging and no binders/fillers approach, I am incredibly grateful to have discovered a brand whose mission is to provide ‘health encapsulated’ without the toxins and with a peaceful mind of contributing to the greater good. I have been using a few of their products and particularly enjoying the Beauty Probiotic+. I have noticed an improvement in my skin texture and hydration in my skin. My next favourite so far is the Hair Support. I have noticed some baby hairs appearing and feel confident that with continuous use the health of my hair can be restored (I personally experienced hair loss after Covid). For me, the most important thing when choosing a supplement brand or recommending it to my clients is whether my values align with the brand. And here there is a perfect harmony. So excited to share Feel with my clients.

It’s hard to find vegan supplements that actually work, so happy to have been able to incorporate Pro Collagen, Hair Support and Beauty Probiotic+ into my lifestyle plan.
I love the refreshing flavour of Pineapple-Grapefruit Pro Collagen, which does not taste like a supplement at all. I can see my skin feels more supple and hydrated and my nails and hair look shiny. I would definitely recommend it to my vegan clients. I’m a big fan of using probiotics with my clients for clear healthy skin and Beauty Probiotic+, infused with pine bark, hyaluronic acid and other herbs is a great blend for anti-ageing. I’ve been using this for a month and my skin all over my body feels healthy. Hair condition is a good indicator of health, and Hair Support is a great formula to provide that extra support, especially for women during periods of hormonal fluctuations such as menopause. It’s hard to find vegan supplements that actually work, so happy to have been able to incorporate these into my lifestyle plan.

I love that Feel has created a vegan collagen supplement, Pro Collagen, to support skin and tissue health that is convenient to use and tastes nice without being too sweet and containing artificial sweeteners.
I have started using some of Feel products for the last few weeks after hearing great things about the brand and how their products are crafted without the use of fillers and bulking agents and their packaging is eco-friendly, which I truly appreciate. I work with a lot of plant-based/vegan clients, and I love that Feel has created a vegan collagen supplement, Pro Collagen, to support skin and tissue health that is convenient to use and tastes nice without being too sweet and containing artificial sweeteners. Paired with Balanced Skin, it’s a really good way to include a combination of vitamins, minerals and targeted botanicals that support the skin from the inside out. I've also used Digestion which works great to offer support with digestive issues as it doesn't just include digestive enzymes but specific botanical extracts like artichoke, ginger, fennel, peppermint that work wonderfully for bloating, indigestion and similar discomforts.

I've been using Feel Daily Biotic, Pro Collagen Gels and Balanced Skin products for a month and the results have been remarkable.
I've been using Feel Daily Biotic, Pro Collagen Gels and Balanced Skin products for a month and the results have been remarkable. This brand boasts clean, bioavailable ingredients with absolutely no fillers, which I greatly appreciate as a nutritional Therapist: something that's increasingly harder to find on the market. As a mild psoriasis sufferer my skin has never looked better — it's clearer and calmer and more radiant, and feels incredibly supple. Additionally, I've noticed a significant improvement in my hormonal balance, which has positively impacted my overall well-being. It's reassuring to know that I'm nourishing my body with high-quality ingredients that truly make a difference. If you're looking for a comprehensive supplement to support your skin and gut health or just a great quality Multi, then Feel is your brand. Highly recommend it!

I really appreciate that Multivitamin has no fillers or bulking agents.
I have been using Feel Multivitamin for a month now. It's been easy to stick to the 2 capsules dose and I really appreciated that this product had no fillers or bulking agents. The fact that their packaging is plastic-free was just the cherry on top!

I trust Feel to provide me with products that enhance mine and my client’s health and lifestyle.
I love that Feel prioritises purity by excluding fillers or bulking agents, making their products perfect for my clients with sensitive guts. Feel Focus is one of my favourite products. However, since incorporating Focus into my daily routine, I've experienced improved concentration and mental clarity. I love Feel’s menopause complex for the brilliant combination of ingredients.
I love the mix of ingredients in this great supplement. Usually I’m quite wary of ‘Menopause’ products, but this one really packs a punch of great ingredients. My hot flushes disappeared within 30 days and I’ll certainly be reordering them for myself and recommending them to suitable clients. Plus, being a former brand designer, I’m a big fan of well-designed packaging and an ethical brand ethos!

Feel Digestion is a lovely option for those that need a little helping hand with digestive issues.
Feel Digestion - I have had good results with clients using this digestive enzyme. They noted more regular bowel movements owing to the inclusion of ginger root and artichoke in the formulation. It's a lovely option for those that need a little helping hand with digestive issues.

Feel is one of the brands I really love.
As a nutritional therapist, part of my job requires me to suggest supplements to clients where a more therapeutic dosage is needed than they can get from food alone. So with the vast array of companies out there I always look for brands that don’t contain fillers or bulking agents and whose supplements have proven results. I also look for nice blends of nutrients so I can minimise the quantity of supplements my clients need to take. For these reasons Feel is one of the brands I really love. As well as this, they don’t use any plastic in their packaging which is not only good for the environment, but also reducing plastics we encounter is helpful to our hormones!

Feel Multivitamin ticks the box for me.
As a nutritional therapist who specialises in fatigue & gut issues, I am very picky about the supplements I would recommend. Whilst I am a firm believer in ‘food first’, I also follow the research and know that we simply can not get the nutrients we need from diet alone. I look for good multivitamins with bioavailable sources of vitamins and minerals and I avoid all unnecessary additives, artificial fillers and bulking agents as they can work against the good gut work I do with clients. Feel Multivitamin ticks the box for me.

Feel supplements include a good range of nutrient profiles, which unlike most high street brands are at therapeutic doses and “clean”, i.e. without unnecessary fillers and bulking agents.
I was so happy to come across Feel supplements. I have tried their Digestion formula and Daily Biotic. The Digestion supplement has a really good combination of enzymes and botanicals to promote breakdown of nutrients for absorption as well as some of my favourite herbs for biliary support. It is great to have both in one supplement as I find I often need to target both of these aspects with my clients who present with digestive complaints. The probiotic contains a good therapeutic dose of cultures and a comprehensive range of probiotic strains for well rounded microbiome support. In general I can see Feel supplements include a good range of nutrient profiles, which unlike most high street brands are at therapeutic doses and “clean”, i.e. without unnecessary fillers and bulking agents. I look forward to trying some of their other products.

A lovely collection of supplements. I especially like Feel Natural Magnesium & Calcium for fatigue, and Moodtropics for calming the brain. I recommend them to many of my clients.
As a nutritional therapist, I am always on the lookout for good quality supplements. Feel Natural Magnesium & Calcium has greatly improved my sleep after only a few weeks of taking it. With well considered ingredients, zero fillers or bulking agents, and recyclable packaging, these supplements deserve a place alongside the more established brands. I have no hesitation in recommending them to my clients.

Feel Pro Collagen offers a great option for those following plant-based diets and seeking collagen support.
I was pleasantly surprised by Feel Pro Collagen. It offers a great option for those following plant-based diets and seeking collagen support. Mixed with 400-500ml of water, it creates a tasty, refreshing, and hydrating drink that’s perfect for any time of day. Unlike some products, the powder mixes well in water, leaving no clumps or gritty texture behind. Plus, it has the bonus of calcium. Although I’m not vegan, I’m thoroughly enjoying this product.

Feel’s Multivitamin contains essential nutrients which are crucial for female health, at great levels and in forms which are easier for the body to absorb.
Being a Nutritional Therapist, I am always on the hunt for the best supplements for myself and my clients. One of the things I love about the Feel’s Multivitamin is that it contains essential nutrients which are crucial for female health, at great levels and in forms which are easier for the body to absorb. The fact that this supplement also contains turmeric and reishi mushroom is a super addition for that extra immune support. Beyond nutrition, Feel's beautiful branding and eye-catching packaging draws me to my little supplement tray every morning.

A great gut health range targeted at not only optimising overall digestive health, but skin, brain and immune health too. Happy gut means happy you!
As a gut health specialist, choosing the right supplements is a key part of my practice. Choosing supplements that are backed by science comes pretty high on the agenda. I love that Feel offers a gut health range to support my clients overall digestive health and wellbeing with the clinical research behind it. The products have been carefully selected using a lovely blend of nutrients, digestive enzymes, live bacteria and botanicals targeted to support healthy digestion, healthy skin, brain function and support the immune system. Feel Digestion for example has an impressive list of botanicals such as artichoke leaf extract, fennel seed extract, ginger and peppermint which have shown potential in helping to calm the tummy, improve bowel function and optimise digestion and absorption of nutrients from our food. The ingredients are all clear to see and I love that there are no added fillers or additives which may cause digestive upset. All beautifully packaged in eco friendly material which is another tick in the box! The gut health range is a keeper in my toolkit!

I love the fact that the supplements have no nasty additives whatsoever.
I have been taking Feel Pro Collagen, Beauty Probiotic + and Balanced Skin. I used these as a combo as I'm menopausal and am always looking to improve my skin's elasticity and reduce wrinkles! The first thing I would say is I love the fact that the supplements have no nasty additives whatsoever. The zinc content is high in the balanced skin product which is so important for overall health. I can definitely see an improvement in my skin from these products, my skin looks plumper and more rehydrated, I definitely will be purchasing again.

Feel's product range is carefully formulated with therapeutic levels of well-researched nutrients to address common health concerns.
Since trying the Feel Menopause product myself I've noticed feeling more energised and my mood has been brighter too, which is a definite win! What you get with Feel is a multi ingredient product that is likely to be better than the average supplement you would buy off the shelf.
There is a sense that Feel really care about their products and the impact they have both on the environment and the consumer. I like that the list of ingredients used are not limited to vitamins and minerals, but also contain other beneficial nutrients such as ashwagandha, Lions mane and saffron. What you get with Feel is a multi ingredient product that is likely to be better than the average supplement you would buy off the shelf. The combination of ingredients chosen by Feel in each product makes sense to me. Many of the nutrients are in a form that can be easily used by the body, they don't contain any junk, and are in amounts that are useful. The packaging itself is pretty, quite unlike the pharmaceutical looking packaging typically used by supplement companies. This makes it a nice addition for the bathroom shelf!

I am fascinated with the impact of the health of our gut bacteria on the wide variety of health outcomes and wanted to see how Feel Beauty Probiotic would support the resilience of my gut whilst I was travelling in India (which is known to often cause gut distress in travellers!). Throughout taking the probiotics, I was able to support a resilient gut and avoid any issues even though a variety of my friends fell ill with stomach complaints whilst eating the same foods as I was. Alongside the probiotics, I have also been using the foaming face wash which I was really pleased worked well to keep my skin clear and issue free even with the increased exposure of pollution, sun creams and sweat over a busy few weeks!

I have noticed a real improvement in my sleep since trialing the Natural Magnesium & Calcium.
I really love Feel as a brand due to their eco friendly approach. I feel confident recommending their supplements to clients as they use quality ingredients, don't use any fillers and their packaging designs is unique without any plastic in sight. I really love their natural magnesium and calcium; since using it myself I have noticed a huge improvement in my sleep. I have always been a light sleeper and found it difficult to actually fall asleep but since taking this I have fallen to sleep much quicker and have stayed asleep for much longer! A surprising positive I can attribute to this supplement is that I feel calmer and less stressed. I have always had 'clicky' knees and since using the Pro Turmeric I have noticed a reduction in this as well as less achiness. I will continue to both use Feel supplements personally and recommend them to clients because I know positive results will happen.

Feel’s Menopause blend is one you can really trust.
This is a really good well thought out blend which I am very happy with. You know you’re in good hands too as it has been designed by a well-respected experienced menopause nutritionist. I love the combination of carefully selected ingredients in this, B vitamins to help improve energy levels, maca, broccoli and dandelion root to provide antioxidant nutrients and Siberian ginseng to help balance mood and aid cognition. I have noticed better energy levels and reduced hot flushes; my back no longer feels like it is on fire! I will certainly be continuing to use this throughout the menopause transition and recommending it to my clients too. I am looking forward to trying the other Feel supplements. The nice packaging also helps when you’re trying to FEEL good!

I love the combinations of nutrients Feel use in their formulas to target specific issues.
I love several things about the Fel’ products, their packaging which looks great and environmentally friendly, the way the supplements are put together i.e. the combinations of nutrients to target specific issues and the fact that they work well and good quality nutrients in methylated forms where appropriate.

Delighted to find an extensive range of high-quality pure supplements, that are backed by science with additional benefits of committing to environmentally and sustainable packaging.
My goal as a dietitian is to formulate sound nutritional advice based on the scientific evidence, using the food first approach wherever possible. I work with clients who require advice on plant-based diets, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, inflammatory conditions and sporting enthusiasts for their chosen sporting purpose. There are times when the use of the food first approach alone is not enough. This is where supplements are required to make up the shortfall or to ameliorate or maintain overall health as key nutrients play a role in reducing inflammation, assist in the digestion of food or to promote a healthy functioning gut or to correct any signs of suboptimal dietary intakes. I am so pleased to have found Feel products that are free of unwanted ingredients (fillers or bulking agents) or contaminants, vegan friendly, gluten free and are high quality supplements with good therapeutic dosages for use with an extensive range of medical conditions. I am usually cautious about recommending supplement formulas, but to be honest with Feel products, it does what it says on the packet.

I'm really enjoying taking Feel's Beauty Gummies, my hair has grown and skin is looking more youthful.
I'm really enjoying taking Feel's Hair, Skin and Nails gummies. After two weeks of taking them, I've noticed my hair has grown and skin is looking more youthful. I believe this is because it contains a decent amount of biotin, hyaluronic acid and vitamin C which many other brands fall short on. They also taste delicious.

Not only are the nutrient forms found in Feel bioavailable, but the supplements aren't padded out with unnecessary fillers.
I was delighted when I came across Feel supplements. So many of my clients come to me taking cheap supplements that they've bought off the supermarket shelf, which are often poor quality and are not providing therapeutic levels of the right nutrients that the client needs. Not only are the nutrient forms found in Feel bioavailable, but the supplements aren't padded out with unnecessary fillers. And the icing on the cake is the sustainability of the brand. I just adore their beautiful, yet fully recyclable packaging.

What sets Feel apart from other supplements is their dedication to quality.
I recently started using Feel supplements, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.
One of the first things that caught my attention was their commitment to plastic-free packaging, which aligns perfectly with my values of sustainability. It's refreshing to see a company taking steps to reduce their environmental impact. What sets Feel apart from other supplements is their dedication to quality. Their supplements are free from fillers and bulking agents, which means you're getting pure, high-quality ingredients with every dose. Since incorporating Feel's Daily Biotic into my routine, I've noticed a significant reduction in bloating. Their digestion formula has also been a game-changer, helping me feel more comfortable after larger meals. It's made a noticeable difference in my overall digestive health. It's become a daily essential for me, especially when traveling or dining out. I'm looking forward to recommending them to my clients and sharing the benefits of Feel's premium supplements with others.

You can start to notice the results fairly early on.
I’m pleased to have found a vegan product alternative for collagen and omega 3 that I can confidently recommend to my clients.
The Collagen drink is pleasant tasting compared to other brand collagen products that I’ve tried before which have been a little unpalatable. Feel’s Pro Collagen comes in attractive plastic-free packaging and makes a tasty and pleasant drink. You can start to notice the results fairly early on.
The omega-3 is also a great product delivered in minimum-waste packaging and is a fantastic alternative to fish oil.
I'd recommend Feel for the quality of their products and their commitment to sustainability.

I have found a sharp increase in focus and productivity while trialling the Ashwagandha and Mushroom supplement.
I am always on the look out for evidence based, well researched and ethical supplements for my clients. Whilst I promote a 'food first' approach, we all need a little help sometimes. I have been personally trialling the Ashwagandha and whilst evidence is still emerging on this herb, I have found a sharp increase in focus and productivity.
The vegan option for Omega 3 is a great find to recommend to my non-meat eating clients too.

Feel Menopause is a great blend and gives noticeable results.
The Feel range has been very helpful to me and my clients. Not only does the packaging look beautiful but the products inside are free from fillers and binder. The Vegan Omega 3 is great and some of my non-vegan clients even prefer it to fish oil. I love the menopause supplement. It's a great blend and gives noticeable results.

Since using Feel Pro Collagen I have noticed a remarkable improvement in the quality and texture of my skin.
I have been using Feel Omega-3 for a few weeks now and I am thoroughly impressed. As someone with a fish allergy, vegan Omega-3 is difficult to come by, and most other formulations contain added fillers or other less desirable ingredients. Not only does Feel Omega-3 give me a good dose of brain and heart health boosting omegas that I need, it also comes with no additional questionable ingredients, is easy to take and doesn't have the odd aftertaste that many other Omega-3 formulations have.
Another product I have been pleasantly surprised with is Feel Pro Collagen. I have always been sceptical about collagen supplements due to the size of the collagen proteins meaning we can't absorb them without breaking them down, but hearing that Feel Pro Collagen has particles 100x smaller than regular collagen intrigued me. I must say, since using this product (alongside the skin booster), I have noticed a remarkable improvement in the quality and texture of my skin, with a reduction in redness and bumps I had been struggling with. Not only that, but it tastes fantastic too! Overall, I've had a fantastic experience with Feel supplements. They don't contain any fillers and tend to derive their active ingredients from reputable sources, they seem to have actively improved my health and skin quality, and have the added bonus of being plastic free! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Feel to my clients who are wishing to supplement.

At last, a product that is different from off-the-shelf probiotics.
I rarely endorse products as I strive to ensure that my patients achieve optimal nutrition from the food in their diet, not supplements.
However as a dietitian working within the world of Eating Disorders I know this goal is often unachievable. So I have been looking for some time for a probiotic that has patented rigorous scientific research behind it, that has innovation within its formulation, that is responsibly sourced, eco friendly, effective, safe and unique in its target population, WOMEN!
At last, a product that is different from off the shelf probiotics.
Feel Daily Biotics are formulated to provide a high level of diversity in gut bacteria. Emerging evidence points to the advantages gained from having a gut biome prolific with different strains and species of bacteria. Feel contains the prebiotic Acacia fibre, to gently feed the bacterial colonies without the side effects sometimes associated with inulin based prebiotics. Good news for anyone on a low FODMAP diet!
So for the first time in a career spanning 29 years I can rest assured that endorsing Feel Daily Biotic is a positive step forward for my patients, family and friends!

I love the Multivitamin formulation and the attention to detail with the environmentally conscious packaging.
As an eating disorder dietitian, it is important to me that my clients are prevented from having nutritional deficiencies and are also not unnecessarily over-supplementing. Feel provides a competitive option in their multivitamin, with essential nutrients such as Vitamin D, B12 AND Iron, while minimising bulking agents, high dosages or non essential add-ons.

My favourite is Feel Sleep, which contains a blend of plant extracts proven to improve sleep quality and relaxation.
I have been using Feel supplements for a few months now, and I have really noticed an improvement in my sleep quality and energy levels during the day. I rarely recommend supplement formulas to my clients, since they usually contain unnecessary filler ingredients, but after reviewing ingredients of Feel products, I am pleasantly surprised that this is one of very few brands that clearly has the best intentions and truly cares about their clients’ health. It’s suited for anyone with dietary allergies or restrictions, both paleo and vegan, a great addition to a healthy lifestyle. In particular the Daily Biotic- it contains 14 different strains of probiotic cultures, all of which have unique contributions to holistic health- is in my opinion an essential product everyone will benefit from, whether it’s for better digestion, clearer skin, or stronger immunity. Another favourite of mine is Feel Sleep, with a blend of herbal extracts proven to improve sleep quality and relaxation. Plus, it’s naturally sweet, so it’s the perfect aid for an evening wind-down routine, a pleasure for both the mind and the body.

Feel’s Adult Multivitamin Gummies are the best I’ve ever tried on the market, and there’s a lot out there.
Feel multivitamin gummies contain a full roster of vitamins and minerals, which includes 100% or more of the recommended daily intake of most of the essentials such as vitamin D. But what I love about Feel is that there’s no additives, sweeteners, or sugars added, which all three are typically included in cheap high street supplement alternatives.
Feel is suitable for vegans, which is important for my client base as most of them eat a plant-based diet. I am also very passionate about sustainability and making small changes to support the health of our environment, so to have a quality multivitamin which is made in the UK and supplied in 100% compostable packaging is a major plus for me.
Overall, I believe Feel’s multivitamin gummies are a great product containing high-quality ingredients, making it good value for money and I would be happy to recommend them to my clients.

Collagen not only positively contributed to the appearance of the skin, to the point that I was asked many times what I use on my face, but also for me it is an additional source of protein.
Collagen not only positively contributed to the appearance of the skin, to the point that I was asked many times what I use on my face, but also for me it is an additional source of protein, which is very important for the sport I perform ... I choose a probiotic as a second product because my stomach has been through a lot recently, apart from the mentioned diet, also a bacterial infection ... and a trip to Africa ... I started using this probiotic a few weeks before leaving to make it resistant to changes ... the product will help me feel fantastic, my stomach is working like an unreliable machine. I am very happy with both products and plan to continue and try other feel products.

I recommend Feel Pregnancy to my fertility clients as a very comprehensive pregnancy supplement.
Feels pregnancy multivitamin is one that I like to recommend to my fertility clients ahead of conception. What’s great about it is the inclusion of 1000IU of vitamin D, which we know is important to supplement due to the role it plays in reproduction.
In addition, Feel have included nutrients to support thyroid health (vital during pregnancy) such as iodine and selenium in optimal doses. What’s really great with this supplement versus high street options is that they have chosen methylated forms, which means the nutrients are much more likely to be absorbed and utilised by the body. This really is a very comprehensive yet affordable option.

A brilliant night's sleep for me and my clients.
I tried Feel’s Sleep formula and within a few nights, I could really notice a difference in the quality of my sleep. I felt like I was sleeping more deeply and waking up refreshed.
The ingredients are carefully selected and are at levels I would recommend therapeutically to my clients. The fact this product is also vegan, allergen-free, and gluten-free makes it an easy choice for client recommendations.
Throw into the mix that the packaging is 100% plastic-free, what an incredible all-around product experience!

It is clearly a very well thought out product.
Many of my clients come to me taking supermarket brand vitamins and minerals, often due to the accessibility and low price point, however they are not usually aware that many of them are poor quality. What FEEL offers is an effective, high quality multivitamin at a really competitive and reasonable price, and the delivery boxes and subscription methods make the ordering process extra convenient and accessible.

My passion is helping people rediscover good health and wellbeing by making some simple diet and lifestyle changes.
I have always held an interest in health, nutrition and exercise, but it was when I had my two children that I committed to taking my interest to the next level. Partly, because I wanted to learn how to give my children the best start nutritionally, and also because my reading on the internet had uncovered so many conflicting ideas resulting in confusion, that I decided to study nutrition in depth to make sense of it all.
Now in my own clinical practice, I am committed to passing this knowledge on. Whether you are looking to improve your general health and wellbeing through preventative diet and lifestyle changes, lose weight, or help to manage specific health conditions. I want to get you on the path to feeling great, looking great and a healthy future ahead.

Formula is being continually updated to reflect the very latest scientific research.
A great daily staple to optimise your nutrient intake!
The Feel multivitamin ticks all the boxes and more. It contains an excellent and broad selection of nutrients, which importantly are in their most bioavailable form, making this a really comprehensive daily nutrient boost. The formula is also continually being updated to reflect the very latest scientific research.
There are no added synthetic fillers or bulking agents, they are vegan, and are packaged in sustainable plastic-free packaging.
Certainly a multivitamin that I will be recommending.
About the Author:
As someone who has been working for many years alongside medical professionals and scientists, I have always been fascinated by the human body and the way it works. As part of my yoga training, I studied anatomy and physiology and at the time, I was lucky enough to be able to observe a real dissection at a course I organised for work (I am an event organiser by trade). That was an eye opening experience that made me want to learn more about the mechanics of the body, both empirically and by studying it.
At the same time, primarily through many visits to India, I came across a number of Eastern philosophies that profess the link between body and mind, as well as the use of food as medicine. I had experienced that connection and felt the many benefits offered by nutritious food, intelligent movement, breath control and stillness. I was determined not to lose it but I felt out of my depth when it came to articulating it to others.
To complement my love for food with my need of understanding the science behind it, I decided to embark into a naturopathic nutrition qualification to equip me with a sound knowledge of the chemical processes that happen in the body when we eat. Nutritional science is a fascinating topic, ever evolving.

Very happy with the fact it is compostable.
I love the packaging - very easy to take with you everywhere and very happy with the fact it is compostable. As a nutritionist, I was impressed with the list of ingredients on all supplements I tried - no nasties in there which made me happy, but I have to agree with some other reviews that the pregnancy ones don’t smell great and I guess some of my pregnant clients would struggle with them because of it. Perhaps something to consider? Other than that, delivery was quick and even though they forgot an item, it was quickly shipped a few days later. Thank you.

Proven nutrients for the specific health focus and lovely complementary herbs.
I enjoyed trying the sample products myself and with family members. What I really like about the products is that they are carefully formulated with therapeutic levels of proven nutrients for the specific health focus and lovely complementary herbs.
The integrative nature of the formulations addresses the root causes of the health area in a holistic manner, with enough of each ingredient to make a difference. I prefer to recommend supplements free of fillers and binders, so Feel products hit the mark there too. To top it off, the rigorous sourcing of ingredients and eco-friendly packaging makes the supplements an attractive option, at a very affordable price.

My sleep has been transformed since taking a teaspoon of Feel Sleep.
In my nutritional therapy practice sleep is one of the biggest areas my clients can struggle with, myself included during stressful or busier times, and when it comes to rebalancing health and hormones good sleep plays such a significant role. Magnesium glycinate has always been a staple supplement in my clinic for supporting good sleep which is what initially drew me to the Feel Sleep product which also contains a fantastic selection of other key sleep support nutrients at their optimal levels, which can be hard to find in blended products! The amino acid L-Glycine taken with magnesium glycinate is a real winner for sleep and Feel Sleep powder contains a whopping 3,700mg of it. The addition of L-Tryptophan, passionflower, lemon balm and Rhodiola, Hops and chromium make this product a top choice for me for supporting my clients (and myself!) with sleep.
Personally, my sleep has been transformed since taking a teaspoon of Feel Sleep about 30 minutes before heading to bed each night. I noticed it from night 1 but I wanted to give it a full 30 days before getting too excited and I can now honestly say that my sleep is deeper and more restorative, even on the nights I still wake up during the night I get back to sleep quickly and my sleep has been deeper and more restorative regardless of any interruptions. I’m grateful to have found this product and to be sleeping better at night and therefore feeling better during the day.
As a Registered Nutrition professional I spend a lot of time researching supplements to ensure that they contain not only high-quality ingredients but also that they’re in a form that’s easily absorbed into the body, plus not full of additional excipients and fillers commonly found in cheaper, high-street supplements. Feel Sleep contains the potent selection of key sleep nutrients with a strawberry fruit powder and strawberry flavouring made from natural stevia and NOTHING else. I’m so glad I’ve found FEEL Sleep!

Good quality to aid absorption.
I have had a client who has nearly come to the end of the pregnancy multivitamin and has given me an overview. She found the capsule easy to take, and was happy with how she felt on the supplement.
She did mention the supplement did have a fish like smell to it which she was able to deal with herself but this may be a bother for others. (I myself explained it is likely due to the L-Selenomethionine and methionine and refrigeration may help).
Myself, I was happy that the ingredients were of good quality to aid absorption and the prices seem reasonable when compared to other competitors on the market.

From my perspective it ticks all the boxes.
With so many different options now available, it is difficult to stand out from other brands. Feel did exactly that.
It’s refreshing to see a brand that is ethical, sustainable and 100% plant based with consciously thought-out ingredients and plastic free packaging.
I often use turmeric with piperine for clients requiring musculoskeletal support, and reishi mushrooms are also a great addition for immunity support. I can definitely see a place for this multi with many clients, without them having to take the usual extra supplements.
Feel is clearly a brand with so much thought behind it, from my perspective it ticks all the boxes.

I would also recommend a good-quality pregnancy multivitamin and mineral supplement.
So, you are planning on getting pregnant or maybe you have recently found out that you’re pregnant. BUT the internet is rife with information that is actually getting quite overwhelming. What should you eat? Does diet really play a role in fertility? Is a pregnancy supplement important or is it just a marketing hype? Read on to get some clarity.
First things first, why are diet and lifestyle important for pregnancy? Simply put, if you are thinking of conceiving, even if you don’t have fertility problems, optimising your diet can help shape your baby’s future through the power of epigenetics. This is a term used to describe how the expression of genes can be influenced by environmental factors, one of them being nutrition. A person’s genetic profile is determined from a month before a woman is pregnant up to a child’s second birthday and so by optimising your nutrition during this period, there is the potential to modify health outcomes for your future baby. A process called methylation switches the expression of these genes on or off, rather like a light switch. These genes will have the capacity to impact the development of the brain, the immune system and overall health in addition to your grand-child’s health (if you have a female- this is because all of a woman’s eggs for her whole lifetime are produced whilst she is still in the womb!).
Furthermore, a balanced and nutritious diet whilst pregnant has been shown to influence brain development and a healthy birth weight, in addition to decreasing the risk of various birth defects. Nutrition may also play a role in reducing the risk of pregnancy symptoms that we definitely want to avoid such as fatigue and morning sickness.
Now, when it comes to a supplement, generally speaking I will always support people to make their diet well-balanced and nourishing to ensure that they are getting all the nutrients they need before, during and after pregnancy. However, I would also recommend a good-quality pregnancy multivitamin and mineral supplement to ensure that they are creating an ideal environment in which a healthy baby can grow. Furthermore, emerging research suggests that the benefits of a pregnancy supplement extend to improving ovulation, egg quality, egg maturation, fertilisation and implantation of the egg into the uterus. If you are actively planning for a baby, then ideally you would start making those changes and adding a supplement 3-6 months before conceiving. However, we all know that not all pregnancies are planned or perhaps you get pregnant quicker than expected- in this case, just start a pregnancy supplement as soon as possible.

I will definitely keep using this supplement and recommend it to clients as well
It is not easy to find a good quality algae-based supplement. Many of my vegan and vegetarian clients are unaware of the importance of including some algae-based essential fatty acids (EPA and DHA) supplements into their everyday diet. This supplement is even more essential when you are pregnant or trying to conceive.
DHA is important in improving heart health, reducing the inflammatory response and is essential for brain and vision development in pregnancy. You can get plant-based omegas from nuts, seeds and flaxseed oil but they have ALA substances in them which the body then has to convert into the compounds ELA and DHA, and this conversion rate is very low... meaning algae supplements are needed.
Feel algae-based supplement is the only one I recommend. It contains no fillers, so it is only 100% of the quality algae you absorb.
I love the sustainable, plastic-free packaging and the message that FEEL supplements represent.
For my 1-1 and workshops, I recommend feel subscriptions, for an easy and simple way to never run out of those key supplements.

A supplement I will definitely be keeping on hand!
I was excited to come across the whole range of supplements by Feel. At first glance I loved the branding and packaging, created with sustainability as a high priority, as well as the simplicity that showcases high quality ingredients.
Every product has a clearly well thought out blend of vitamins, minerals, and botanicals, with particular needs or goals in mind, in a form that is well absorbed and so more effective in the body, and with zero unwanted additional fillers. Importantly they have also made them extremely accessible due to their value for money compared to other supplement companies, the handy repeat delivery system, and by keeping them all allergen friendly and plant based. All these points make them a great choice for my range of different nutrition clients' needs as well as for myself.
I especially love Feel Digestion, with digestive dysfunction or discomfort being one of the most common and debilitating issues I see, and often the root cause of other symptoms. With a variety of daily stressors, food sensitivities, or specific health conditions being linked to gut health and function, we often need to provide a helping hand and the formula provided by feel does this by supporting and complementing our bodies natural functions. I also specialise in sports nutrition, regularly working with clients who are performing at high intensities on a regular basis. This demand on the body often compromises our ability to properly digest foods, leading to difficulties in fueling training or events, as well as in the absorption of essential nutrients for recovery. The combination of enzymes and herbs can limit the risk of issues that can affect performance, such as bloating or nausea, as well as helping athletes maximise the nutrients from their foods. A supplement I will definitely be keeping on hand!

the intelligent combination of nutrients and herbs help stimulate GABA
Feel's Sleep supplement contains a fantastic combination of Western herbs that have been shown to help relax the mind, as well as specific nutrients that support melatonin production, as well as encouraging the nervous system to enter into its 'rest and digest' mode. Specifically, the intelligent combination of nutrients and herbs help stimulate GABA, the brain's primary inhibitory neurotransmitter that helps to encourage feelings of ease, tranquility and relaxation, which helps with sleep.
I have found it to be of great benefit, in particular, for times when there's been a stressful day and winding down in the evening before bed is challenging.
I also love that Feel's Sleep supplement contains no fillers or other excipients, the ingredients are clean and simple and each nutrient comes in the most bioavailable form and in generous amounts.

My omega 3 increased and my ratio decreased.
I have tried the Feel omega 3 algae supplement. As a nutritional therapist I always like to check if there is an imbalance of omega 6:3 ratio in my client's diet by just looking at their food diary. Modern/western diets are loaded with omega 6. High ratio of omega 6 to omega 3 ratio can contribute to inflammation and various other diseases. I have done a blood test for omega 6:3 ratio and I was very surprised how low my omega 3 and how high my omega 6:3 ratio was. I must say I don’t eat oily fish regularly.
I took omega 3 for 2 months and retested my ratio. My omega 3 increased and my ratio decreased. I am happy with these results. I have previously taken fish oil but every time I started taking them, I developed raised, itchy bumps on my forehead so I had to discontinue no matter what brand I choose. I am very happy that Feel Omega 3 algae did not cause this reaction. I will continue taking Feel as I would like to reach the optimal ratio and I will definitely recommend it to my clients.
I like to recommend supplements to my clients I have tried and worked for me. It is a bonus that I can recommend it to my vegan clients as the source of this omega 3 is algae. Another important factor to me is what “other” ingredients a supplement contains. I am happy to see Feel is free from nasty additives. Omega 3 is a clean and effective product! Thumbs up for Feel!

One of the nicest probiotics I've taken in a while!
I was so impressed with this multivitamin. It has all of the essential vitamins and minerals that are necessary for everyday consumption. As a nutritionist, as much as I would like for everyone to get all their vitamins and minerals from a healthy diet, most people have a busy life and it's so much better to have the safety net of a good multivitamin like this one.
I also liked their environmentally-friendly packaging and the fact that they are allergen-free and cruelty-free, which is important to many of my clients and me.
I've been taking it for 3 weeks now (along with the probiotic Beauty blend) and definitely notice the improvement in energy, mental focus and better digestion. Highly recommend!
One of the nicest probiotics I've taken in a while! It has a sufficient number of bacteria (unlike others that have many strains but not enough cultures per capsule, so you end up taking more).
I also liked the packaging. It's slim and easy to carry with you. I can bring them with me when travelling, which is when I need them the most really! Plus, they don't need to be kept in a fridge, meaning they are travel-friendly.
Most importantly, I noticed the benefits. You keep regular, you stop feeling bloated and your skin becomes less oily. They also play a great role in strengthening the immune system, so it's good to take them with the multivitamin!

The perfect combination in my opinion - mental strength and upgraded sleep!
I highly recommend the Feel Nootropics for anyone looking to boost brain power, mental clarity and improve their sleep.
I recommend these as an alternative to your normal tea or coffee break - you receive the mental alertness and mood boost without the jittery feeling and crash afterwards. I take these when I need to focus and concentrate at work. The ingredients include powerful herbals along with 5-HTP and L-Theanine to promote relaxation and help with sleep. The perfect combination in my opinion - mental strength and upgraded sleep!
All of the Feel formulations contain synergistic combinations of herbs, vitamins, minerals and probiotics that are bioavailable in the body - that means you actually feel them working unlike high street supplements that contain cheap ingredients, bulking agents and fillers. I also like that the packaging is environmentally friendly.

A well-formulated range of supplements - the multivitamin contains bioavailable forms of essential vitamins and minerals, as well as powerful antioxidants to support overall health, energy levels and function of the immune system. Also, love the fact that the packaging is fully recyclable.

the synergy and bioavailability of the products worked so well together
As a registered Nutritional Therapist, I consider nutrition supplementation a key aspect of a therapeutic programme and having previously worked for a nutrition supplement company, I am very clued up on what to look for in a good product. The multi-vitamin contains a good formulation of nutrients that include additional antioxidants but without some of the more questionable excipients found in other products. I really loved that good quality carrier molecules have been used for better absorption, including some active forms that are not necessarily found in all multis. And it was great to see that they are free of questionable excipients found in many products, especially cheap ones.
This company has clearly done its research well on formulations. However, I did initially feel that the levels of some of the nutrients, especially the B-vitamins, were too low for therapeutic purposes. But the synergy and bioavailability of the products worked so well together, that the lower levels were not noticeable when I switched this for my regular product. They are a very affordable price and I liked the innovative packaging and loved the peppermint tab that kept them fresh (although I believe this has since been removed). This is a great product that could be used as a standalone product or in combination with more specialist nutrients in a therapeutic programme.

Sarah’s hormone health issues lasted almost 30 years, then at 43 her life changed forever when she was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. During months of gruelling treatment she turned to nutrition to help her regain her energy, strength and resilience.
This led her to study for a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, qualifying in 2018, where she discovered the breadth of evidence that nutrition can positively impact hormone health, how all body systems are ultimately connected, and that we need to understand our full health history and root causes of ill health to achieve long term wellness. Sarah now runs a successful online practise to client across the UK and in Europe.

I love the ethical and sustainable nature of the Feel brand.
I’m a female health nutritionist working with women that find their transition to menopause challenging. A key area of wellbeing I see regularly is concerns around mental health. Symptoms like anxiety, poor memory, brain fog, confusion and low mood are common with today’s demanding lifestyles.
The Cognition Reinvented product from Feel is a fantastic blend of vitamins, minerals and herbs that support healthy brain function and cognition in one supplement. I like the forms of brain supporting B vitamins used, the most absorbable kind, the great combination of adaptogenic herbs that help soothe the nervous system, provide better resilience to stress while helping to improve energy and focus; and the addition of rosemary and sage, both shown to support a range of menopausal symptoms like hot flashes.
I also love the ethical and sustainable nature of the Feel brand. The products are UK manufactured, packaging is biodegradable and the formulas are vegan. Definitely a brand and range of products that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to my clients.

Competitive option for those who are vegan
Feel products are marketed well, the description clear. The products were packaged well and arrived in great time as promised. The Algae Omega-3 product arrived safely at my door and was packaged in resealable pouches. As I am not vegan, I am still very much more towards fish oil for EPA and DHA supplementation to be fair and will be returning to that. However, it is an excellent product for those that choose to be vegan. Doesn't taste quite as pungent either! Immunity - I am not able to rate any higher as I am not convinced my immunity was at all enhanced. However, a good choice perhaps for those that need a boost. Multivitamin - Easy to take capsules in clear packaging. Competitive option for those who are vegan and want to ensure that in the food supplements they choose.

One of my highly recommended supplements for overall gut health.
Probiotics on their own have a limited effect because they can be easily destroyed through overheating, acidity and in time to live, they need food to feed on prebiotics.
Feel probiotics have Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, Lactobacillus Plantarum and Lactobacillus Acidophilus together with a number of supporting nutrients supported by scientific studies.
My clinical experience of the effects of the Feel microbiome supplement has seen positive effects in my clients and it is therefore one of my highly recommended supplements for overall gut health and to support clinical conditions such as IBS and IBD as well as bacterial overgrowth.

Feel have researched and carefully selected their ingredients for their target market.
I was very impressed with the Feel Multivitamin. It was refreshing to see a multivitamin with such high quality and range of ingredients that are very easily absorbed into the body. As a Nutritional Therapist it is very important to me to ensure my clients receive supplements with quality ingredients, without excipients or fillers. The fact that it is plant based makes it even more appealing. There is a lot of variety out there in the marketplace, however, it is clear to see Feel have researched and carefully selected their ingredients for their target market.
As well as this, the multivitamin contains powerful antioxidants such turmeric, spirulina and grapeseed extract which can help support a healthy body and can protect against disease. This edition helps them to really differentiate themselves in the supplement market. The packaging is bright, colourful, original and ethical. The subscription and home delivery service provided by Feel is a great way to ensure you are always well stocked and at an affordable price.
I tried the Feel Multivitamin for a month and felt energised and focused. I would definitely recommend their supplements.

I can only put that down to Feel’s brilliant and convenient vitamins.
I have been taking the Multi, Mood and Focus for the last month. In this time I have noticed a clear improvement in the quality of my sleep despite having had a really stressful month. I have also stayed well when both my children have been unwell at different times, with different illnesses at the start of the new school term.
Although I have felt emotionally challenged I have continued to have lots of energy, maybe even more so than usual. I can only put that down to Feel’s brilliant and convenient vitamins. This is also the first month for a long time that I haven’t had my normal premenstrual symptoms and it’s been a joy! If you want a stress-free straightforward way to supplement I really recommend trying Feel.

Another superstar in the range is Feel Joints.
What a great new brand Feel is! The supplement market is a very crowded place but Feel have created a line of products that cover a wide range of health needs and contain high-quality ingredients, without the added junk that so many other supplements contain. An added bonus is the thought and care that has gone into the plastic-free, biodegradable packaging - something we all need to start demanding as consumers.
I especially love Feel Digestion which not only contains digestive enzymes (which many people can need when under stress or as we age) but also gut and liver support. This is a carefully and thoughtfully put together supplement that I have no hesitation in recommending. Another superstar in the range is Feel Joints. This contains a clever and supportive mix of nutrients and anti-inflammatories in one supplement. Brilliant!
The price point of these high quality supplements makes them affordable for many of my clients and I am delighted that Feel is in the nutrition and wellness space. The subscription model also means that clients don't have to worry about running out or forgetting to reorder those supplements that are beneficial for their health.

I would recommend Feel to any of my clients who require omega 3 in an easy, convenient, and effective form
I think this supplement is a great choice for anyone who needs omega-3 in their diet, but doesn't eat fish or if like many people, forgets to eat foods like chia seeds every single day! This is a really great option for people who don't want the fishy aftertaste you so often get with fish oil versions. Omega 3 is linked to heart health, fertility outcomes, and long term cognition, and this supplement daily makes a great addition to a healthy lifestyle. I would recommend Feel to any of my clients who require omega 3 in an easy, convenient, and effective form.

I am endlessly impressed and amazed by the human body. The more I study it and work with it, the more I am astonished by the human body’s phenomenal capacity (given the right ingredients and support) to heal itself. I have learned that given the correct internal and external environment, including a healthy state of mind and the right balance of nutrients, exercise and relaxation, there is virtually nothing that the body cannot overcome.
My philosophy for working with people with health issues is to look beyond the symptoms to find out where the problem actually started. This naturopathic concept does not always provide quick fixes but does offer long-term resolution to chronic and acute health issues and enables the body to heal itself. In addressing the causes, my experience is that the specific problem is alleviated for good, whilst the overall health and vitality of my clients improves beyond measure.

Feel has managed to put together some terrific combinations
Having been a clinical nutritionist for many years, I am always looking for new products that make prescribing supplements easier. The key is to get the most impact with the fewest products and Feel has managed to put together some terrific combinations of really well-balanced, comprehensive and high quality supplements, which helps solve this problem. With well-sourced, bioavailable ingredients balancing vitamins and minerals with supporting phytonutrients and herbals, along with their cool and eco-friendly packaging and clear labelling, I am excited to start using their products more in my practice.

I will definitely keep using this supplement and recommend it to clients as well
As a nutritional therapist I have always been aware that when dealing with skin problems it is essential to take a combined approach of supplementing with key nutrients alongside any skincare regime. After having my first baby I started suffering from dry skin for the first time in my life and had developed a few broken capillaries on my face. I started using Feel Beauty Reinvented because I really liked the combination of hyaluronic acid to help hydrate skin cells and antioxidants such as Pine Bark extract, Grape Seed extract and Bilberry extract to strengthen the tiny blood vessels and capillaries under the skin. After only a few weeks of using the supplement, my skin started to appear brighter, softer to the touch and the broken capillaries are starting to look less red. I will definitely keep using this supplement and recommend it to clients as well.

I was really pleased to find Feel and that they have done the hard work of sourcing sustainable Omega 3 oils, in vegan capsules and non-plastic packaging.
I've been looking for a really clean and sustainable way to get Omega 3's for a while. I was really pleased to find Feel and that they have done the hard work of sourcing sustainable Omega 3 oils, in vegan capsules and non-plastic packaging. For me nutrition is not just about what I'm putting in my body but how it impacts the planet so all these things are really important to me! Thanks Feel!!

Feel Pregnancy is a fantastic vegan-friendly supplement to support female health through conception, pregnancy and postpartum. When taken alongside a healthy and balanced diet (plus any additional necessary supplementation required when following a vegan diet - e.g. Vitamin B12), Feel Pregnancy supplements can help boost your additional nutritional requirements throughout those key months.
I love that they contain all natural, and very few, fillers and capsule shell ingredients - especially important during such a body-sensitive time as pregnancy. For ease of use and convenience, it's wonderful that they come in small, easy to swallow capsules which can be opened and sprinkled over food if needed. Even better is that it's a discounted monthly subscription service delivered straight to your door. One less thing to think about when your to-do list is constantly growing!

The Feel Multi is a great bioavailable formula with a whopping 32 ingredients including a very comprehensive range of essential vitamins and minerals to ensure it delivers on energy, immunity and more. The added extra superfoods, CoQ10 and Reishi medicinal mushrooms make this multi stand out from the crowd.

I’m so glad I have come across this brand.
As a Clinical Nutritionist who sometimes uses supplements in my practice of nutritional therapy, I’m so glad I have come across this brand.
Firstly, the comprehensive list of ingredients provided show no additives – this is extremely important for me as it means that my clients health can be optimised without any extraneous synthetic fillers that may sometimes be detrimental to health.
Despite my healthy diet and food first approach, I tend to feel extra tired during my periods, so, I always find myself looking for a little supplementary help. Since taking the multivitamins I have noticed a huge improvement in my energy levels – finally something that works!
I am also really pleased at the range of supplements provided by Feel, the fact that the supplements are made in the UK and that they are biodegradable, cruelty free and vegan. I will definitely be recommending their range to my clients at the clinic!

So much consideration has been put into the Feel supplements at every level.
It is a joy to recommend Feel Multivitamins to my family, friends and clients as I can honestly say that I have noticed a positive difference with my energy.
I love the range of bioavailable nutrients with additional botanicals to help support our complex body systems. So much consideration has been put into the Feel supplements at every level. The fact that the product is backed by science, made in the UK, without any nasties, certified vegan, cruelty free and comes in 100% biodegradable packaging is a bonus.

In terms of the nutritional value, Feel Multivitamin is an incredibly complete product.
I don't normally recommend multivitamins to my clients as I tend to advise very specific nutrients to target a particular problem. Feel Multivitamin though really ticked all the boxes and it has positively surprised me for many reasons.
What immediately caught my attention was the packaging - no waste of plastic and entirely recyclable. The product is also vegan and these are highly desirable features. In an era when trying to juggle effective nutritional suggestions as well as being sustainable and environmentally friendly, this is a rare find.
I always find it difficult to find high quality supplements that are also affordable for my clients and Feel multivitamin is just that product.
In terms of the nutritional value, Feel Multivitamin is an incredibly complete product. I like the addition of antioxidants like Tumeric and Reishi mushroom and the presence of Piperine makes it highly bioavailable.
I would like to see a higher dose of magnesium - being this one of the most common deficiencies in my clients - but this is definitely a product that I would recommend.
It is perfect for those people who have a greater need of education in terms of diet before they can get up to speed with obtaining their nutrients from food. It is also a valuable resource for busy people that lack time for proper cooking and people with digestive problems that need their vitamin and mineral levels increased whilst on dietary limitations.
It is also a very good maintenance supplement for anyone who would like to reach an optimal nutritional state.

The packaging is simple and recyclable with no unnecessary plastic, which I love.
I love the new Feel vitamins - they're a great quality product with good levels of the vitamins and minerals in forms that are easily absorbed. And it's great to see a monthly delivery so that you never run out! The packaging is simple and recyclable with no unnecessary plastic, which I love.

I just love the care that’s been taken to create an ethical range that factors in quality, science and environmental impact.
I’m so impressed with Feel’s range of supplements. The clever combinations of nutrients make selecting the right product super easy and I just love the care that’s been taken to create an ethical range that factors in quality, science and environmental impact. Every detail has been covered, down to the letterbox sized packaging!
I’ve been taking a number of Feel’s products including Nootropics – like so many of the busy clients I work with, managing my stress levels is something I’m always working on and the combination of botanicals and nutrients in Nootropics is fantastic. Feel’s supplements are part of my ongoing self-care program to stay calm, grounded and energised, and I have no hesitation in recommending the Feel range.
About the Author:
In the summer of 2006 I was diagnosed with M.E. or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, a condition which left me bed bound and exhausted. Two years later I was diagnosed with Endometriosis after a Laparoscopic procedure. Having suffered with extreme pain, heavy periods and multiple hospital admissions for nearly 8 years, I was somewhat relieved to finally have a diagnosis. However my options were limited to a hysterectomy, trying for a baby, or laser surgery (which is only a short term solution), none of which felt like viable options for me, so once again I was left with few options.
In October 2010 I decided to travel to Australia, where I lived for a year. Whilst there I found myself surrounded by an abundant recognition and awareness of naturopathic treatment. I decided to research naturopathy and nutrition for myself and became empowered by the abundance of information, success stories and hope that this brought. It was then that I decided to make some radical changes to my diet and lifestyle; even I could not have predicted the results!
I wanted to learn as much as I could in order to help other people who had lost hope and had no improvement with conventional treatment options; so I returned to London to complete a diploma in naturopathy and nutrition at The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM).

I love a product that ticks all of my boxes
As a nutritionist, a key part of my practice is choosing the right supplements to recommend to my clients; a great deal of time is spent on research to ensure the quality adheres to my strict criteria.
I love a product that ticks all of my boxes, but that can be hard to find and often you have to compromise somewhere. What I love the most about Feel is that I don’t!
I’m very conscientious about what I recommend to my clients because the quality of the supplement is key to achieving results. Therefore I will only use the most easily absorbed, bioavailable form of nutrients in order to achieve targeted results.
What do I not love about this product, they seem to have thought of everything! I love that the packaging is 100% biodegradable and is suitable for all of my clients, whether vegan or not. It is made without excipients or unhealthy bulking agents which is essential for me.
I particularly love that the B vitamins come in methylated form, as I stopped using other forms many years ago in my practice; something that a lot of supplement companies still haven’t caught onto with regards to the latest research on this.
The addition of Reishi, L- glutamine, Spirulina and Turmeric makes this product so much more than a multivitamin; it has the additional benefits of supporting immune health, inflammation, gut health and is loaded with antioxidants. It’s no wonder that after taking the product for just a few weeks I noticed a real difference in my energy levels and my stamina.
Feel go one step further and offer a subscription service, this is a fantastic way to increase compliance, as clients don’t have to remember to reorder their supplements.
I do not hesitate to recommend Feel to anyone and often recommend their products to my clients. It is important to me to work with companies who have strong ethics and quality assurance practices. You can tell that Feel are really passionate about providing an amazing service, and they go above and beyond to create products that truly support health based on solid scientific research.

Feel provides me with a range of specialised supplements.
A fantastic product, formulated with high quality ingredients and very affordable to suit a range of budgets.
As a Registered Dietitian, I would never recommend taking supplements unnecessarily without first supporting my clients to have a healthy balanced diet. In my clinics, I see a range of clients who struggle getting the right level of nutrients in their diet as they may be following a plant-based diet, or have chosen to eliminate food groups to help manage a range of allergies or intolerances.
In these situations, recommending a supplement is important to ensure my clients are getting the right level of nutrients, alongside a balanced diet, to help their overall health.
WeAreFeel provides me with a range of specialised supplements, whether my clients are looking to improve their digestion or their skin. I also take We Feel multivitamins along with having a balanced diet to support me with keeping good health.

I tried Feel as an alternative to my usual supplement and within days I was bursting with energy and creativity.
I have personally tried the multi-vitamin from Feel and I cannot believe the difference. I was struggling with lockdown and winter and feeling tired and heavy. I tried Feel as an alternative to my usual supplement and within days I was bursting with energy and creativity. I honestly could not believe the difference. I love the eco-friendly packaging and it's simplicity. I like the balance of nutrients in the multi and the tumeric and reishi mushrooms. I have peace of mind that the ingredients and the combination are based on scientific evidence. My husband is also insisting that I order him the omega-3 as he thinks it is a far superior supplement to the one he is currently taking.
I am already recommending Feel to clients and friends whenever they ask for a multi-vitamin.

Highest Quality, Sustainability & Bioavailability I have ever seen in a Multivitamins
Highest Quality, Sustainability & Bioavailability I have ever seen in a Multivitamins. You can definitely FEEL the extra care that is behind the brand. I always check quality first. What I loved right away was that there were no nasty additives and fillers and that the capsules were made of Tapioca which is very natural and makes it much easier to digest and therefore to absorb and be utilised by the body. The second thing I spotted was the biodegradable pouch and how inclusive this product is catering for everyone (vegan, hallal, kosher etc). And at the core of that, each ingredient is offered in its most bioavailable form with some exceptional additions such as Spirulina, Turmeric, Reiki mushrooms for immunity, Glutamine for gut health, many anti-oxidants and even CoQ10!
Also I have been taking the product for a couple of weeks and I can already feel more energetic and just great!
For all these reasons, I would recommend Feel to my clients, friends and family.

Feel have produced an excellent, budget friendly all-rounder with their multivitamin formula.
Feel have produced an excellent, budget friendly all-rounder with their multivitamin formula. Not only does it contain a comprehensive list of important vitamins and minerals, it does this without the addition of binders and fillers so often found in other multis. It's also completely vegan which many clients are interested in these days and the biodegradable packaging is quite unique in this market.
I'm also impressed with the inclusion of the important antioxidants turmeric, spirulina, L-glutamine, lutein and alpha lipoic acid as these are all supplements I often recommend for clients or purchase for myself. Another plus point is that they're in a format that's most easily bio available for absorption by the body. The subscription method may further help with client compliance. I'm more than happy to recommend the Feel range of vitamins to my clients, family and friends.

All the patients I know who have tried Feel vitamins have been very happy with them.
It's always hard to find a daily vitamin & mineral that is worth recommending. The patients I work with often aren't able to eat a full, varied diet, so sometimes need a supplement to meet their nutritional needs.
Feel vitamins appeal to a wide range of patients including those following a vegan diet as it contains vitamin D3, comes in 100% biodegradable packaging and cruelty free.
There are no synthetic fillers or bulking agents and they have an extensive list of 32 ingredients.
All the patients I know who have tried Feel vitamins have been very happy with them. I would recommend them to anyone needing to supplement their diet.

Feel products are 100% natural, tested for quality and safety and at a very reasonable price, all of which is rare to see these days for such a high quality product
Feel Nootropics has left me feeling balanced, re-energised and improved my sleep. I would definitely recommend this to clients who are particularly struggling with fatigue, stress, sleep and low mood. I love the inclusion of botanicals and the combination of ancient Japanese, Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine with modern science for a truly effective result. Feel products are 100% natural, tested for quality and safety and at a very reasonable price, all of which is rare to see these days for such a high quality product. The packaging is also biodegradable and plastic free, which is of high importance for me. Overall, a really great product suitable for everyone.

I am a registered nurse with over 10 years’ experience in a variety of settings, and 12 months experience of holistic living nutrition. This combination of knowledge and experience allows me to support individuals to manage their health as a whole and not just focus on restrictive diets, weight loss or fads. During my nursing experience, I learnt the hard way that you cannot give to others what you do not have. Most people always put others before themselves and neglect their health, but without our health we have nothing and therefore, cannot effectively care for those we love the most. Therefore, I encourage all my clients to make their health a priority so they can show up as the best version of themselves in all areas of their life.
As a holistic living nutrition practitioner, I believe health consists of all areas of our lives including nutrition, how we move and care for our bodies; stress management; our relationships and the quality of our sleep. All these factors work synergistically and neglecting one area will impact all other areas of our lives. However, with the fast- pace of modern society, it is so difficult to know where to start and often makes us feel overwhelmed. Through personal and professional experience, I have repeatedly found that by making extremely small changes, gradually all other areas are impacted and that is why I am so passionate about helping everyone I work with to realise it does not need to be a struggle.
Specialist areas include hormonal imbalances; thyroid issues; gut health and the psychology behind the choices we make that influence the lives we lead. I use a collaborative approach with clients to identify the root cause of any issues and equip them with the tools and techniques to enable them to make the necessary mindset shifts and simple lifestyle changes to result in immeasurable benefits to all areas of their lives.

Within a few weeks of using the product myself, I noticed massive improvements in my hormonal health and have completely changed to Feel Pregnancy and these are now a go- to for me.
As a nutritionist that focuses on hormonal imbalances, I have found that dietary changes can massively impact our hormones. However, it is not always easy for clients to eat a diet with enough quantities of the right nutrients to support their hormonal health. That is why I always recommend supplements, as well as using them myself. Again, this can sometimes become difficult because they end up having to take 5 or 6 in one go.
When I found out that Feel Pregnancy has ALL the necessary minerals and vitamins but in just 1 capsule, it was a revelation. Additionally, they all come in such beautiful packaging straight to your door and it is all sustainable which is just another huge bonus. Within a few weeks of using the product myself, I noticed massive improvements in my hormonal health and have completely changed to Feel Pregnancy and these are now a go- to for me.

This is a lovely multivitamin that ticks many boxes
This is a lovely multivitamin that ticks many boxes, it's a great all-rounder but still with high quality nutrients and methylated vitamin Bs, good price range and suitable for most with specific dietary, religious and ethical requirements. I also like that Feel is not using any unnecessary bulking agents and fillers. An UK made product and the recyclable packaging is attractive for everyone with environmental concerns.
My clients are busy, stressed professionals and if I can utilise one product that covers most requirements that would be great. I like that it's easily accessible with a subscription which makes it easy for my clients.

Feel has been carefully formulated with excellent doses and bioavailability of essential vitamins and minerals
Feel has been carefully formulated with excellent doses and bioavailability of essential vitamins and minerals to support the immune system and energy levels. I love the addition of turmeric extract as that's one of the most powerful anti-inflammatory compounds found in nature as well as the addition of L-Glutamine, an essential amino acid to fuel our gut cells.
The fact that Feel is cruelty-free, doesn't contain fillers, bulking agents and colourants is of extreme importance to me as well as the fact that their products are tested for quality and safety.

I love the clever combination of B vitamins, targeted minerals and nootropic herbs in Feel Focus.
I have been taking the Feel Focus supplement and I have already noticed an increase in energy and concentration. I love the clever combination of B vitamins, targeted minerals and nootropic herbs. All these nutrients are known to support brain health and cognitive function. A lot of my clients experience low energy levels and brain fog, so I am glad to have discovered Focus. Also, people no longer like to use plastic packaging, so the fact that the packaging is recyclable is a great addition. It is also a fairly priced product. I will not hesitate to recommend Feel Focus to clients when appropriate.

I would consider recommending not only for concentration but also hormonal balancing.
I am currently taking Feel Cognition which is working well for me. I like the combination of the B vitamins and the adaptogens particularly good for concentration. I usually rely on methylated b vits however these seem to be keeping me alert and possibly also balanced with regards to mood due to the different adaptogens included.
This is a product I would consider recommending not only for concentration but also for hormonal balancing in some cases.for

As a Registered Dietitian I never recommend any supplements that are not based on science
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Feel multi supplement to vegan and IBS-D patients I see in my private practice. As a Registered Dietitian I never recommend any supplements that are not based on science. It is so refreshing to see that the quantities of vitamins and minerals within the Feel multi reflect the doses used in scientific studies showing a beneficial effect - remember more is not always better.
For Vegans as well as those reducing meat and dairy intake the Feel multi provides an optimal amount of Selenium, Iodine, B12 and vitamin D. It can be hard to find a multivit with 10ug (440IU) vitamin D, which is the daily recommended dose from the Department of Health, and Feel have provided this.
Feel multi also contains 5mg l-glutamine, which has been shown to provide symptom relief in IBS-D sufferers- Feel provides this at a more affordable price than other companies. The fact that there are no synthetic fillers or bulking agents will make it more likely that this multivitamin can be taken without any gastro side-effects that customers may experience from other formulations.

I feel very confident recommending these to my patients.
Bearing in mind that as a naturopath, I caution my clientele that it can take three months or more, depending on how depleted they are and how challenged their nutritional status is, before they see benefits from a supplementation regime, I was impressed that after a month of taking the Feel Beauty Probiotic + one of my patients sent me this back:
‘I took the Feel Beauty Probiotic + for a month. I noticed a number of things: Firstly, my skin appears much clearer, and the texture is more supple. Secondly, I often wake up with a slightly puffy face and eyes, and that seems to have calmed down, as well. Thirdly, my hair and nails appear to have grown more than normal. They’re naturally quite fast growing, but they seem to have been in overdrive this past month! Overall, I’m really impressed with this supplement; it’s not often you try something and notice effects so soon.
I am extremely careful what supplements I recommend to my clientele. The Feel brand appeals because for me it ticks many boxes:
- Sustainability - Innovation - Ethos - Excellent balance of nutrients - No synthetic fillers or excipients - Range of health issues that the supplements address - Great value for money - Convenient packaging - Convenient re-ordering process - Support for practitioners
So, all in all, I would say I am impressed with the Feel brand and feel very confident recommending these to my patients.

An unbeatable price for the quality of the formula
I love this comprehensive multi! It’s a great blend of nutrients in their bioavailable forms, including methylated B vitamins and chelated minerals. It also includes some great antioxidants and botanicals for extra support. WeAreFeel have ticked all the boxes - no synthetic fillers, biodegradable packaging, vegan and cruelty-free, as well as an unbeatable price for the quality of the formula. It’s a unique idea too to send regular vitamins through the post as a subscription, as many people simply forget to re-order their supplements. I’ll definitely be recommending these supplements to my clients. Thanks WeAreFeel for introducing me to your brand!

I'm very pleased to have found this multi and it is exactly what many of my clients would benefit from.
Time and effort has clearly been taken to research and include the best and most bioavailable forms of each of the vitamins included in this multi, which means I have confidence in their efficacy and happy to recommend them.
It is frustrating how many inactive or poorly absorbed forms of vitamins and supplements are on the market, so it's great to have a go-to that I can trust.

Exactly what many of my clients would benefit from
After >10 years of working in professional and private kitchens as a passionate foodie, I turned my expertise to nutrition in a bid to improve a prognosis and create gut friendly recipes bespoke to each case.
Studying at one of the top nutrition schools in the country, CNM, London, I spent 3 gruelling years researching the interconnection between gut health/gut bacteria imbalances and the plethora of other illnesses that can come as a result.
Today, this is where I specialise: On working from the inside out. In fact, I’ve continued with these gruelling studies, just for you! I get to the route cause of what might be going on and, as an extension, deal with other symptoms that may be spiralling off as a result.

The list of ingredients are incredibly comprehensive
The list of ingredients are incredibly comprehensive including CoQ10 which may assist in improving energy levels, as well as immune supporting bioflavonoids, Reishi Mushrooms, Turmeric, Vit C, Vit D, zinc & even higher levels of Vit A, not usually seen in a Multi Vitamin.
Cutting out the additives is very important to me as supplements containing synthetic fillers may be detrimental to health & most probably ineffective and therefore a waste of money.
The fact that the B-vitamins are methylated will certainly help with more efficient absorption and therefore help support health, I also like the fact they are a complex of B Vitamins as this will also help with absorption.
I think the fact the Vitamins are made in the UK is so beneficial, especially in the current climate with the potential issues getting products through customs from overseas. Apart from that I love the fact the packaging is biodegradable as this is what consumers are looking for now, we not only need to improve our own health but that should also include the health of the planet. I love the fact they are cruelty free and 100% vegan, having sold natural skincare products for over 6 years now being cruelty free is very important, and the fact they are vegan just widens the customers that can benefit from them.

As a nutritional therapist I base my approach on the principles of functional medicine - meaning I seek the underlying causes of a problem rather than “fixing” it by suppressing the symptoms.
I worked for many years in the health industry throughout and following my diploma in Nutritional Therapy at the London College of Naturopathic Medicine. Through the experience of having to juggle long working hours and studying I gained the appreciation for the need of a ‘realistic’ approach to find my own ‘healthy’ which in turn I apply with my clients. In my professional career I have also gained extensive knowledge on nutritional supplements which I sometimes suggest to my clients as an addition to a diet plan.

I would highly recommend this product to my clients
As a nutritionist and specialist in the supplement industry I come across many products and after having tried the WeAreFeel Multivitamin I would highly recommend this product to my clients.
Even a complete diet may not be giving you the nutrients you need, that's why supplementation plays an important role in integrating and providing a good foundation for good health.
WeAreFeel Multivitamin is a great quality product as it combines the key vitamins and minerals in their active form (meaning they are easier to absorb), as well as herbs which support the immune system, digestion and liver function.
In addition, WeAreFeel Multivitamin do not contain synthetic fillers and bulking agents which are commonly found in many supplements in today's market. These bulking agents are known to reduce the absorption rates and may reduce the overall quality and benefits of supplements.
Lastly, I believe in the importance of choosing ethical products, so it is important to note that these supplements are vegan, cruelty free, made in UK and use 100% biodegradable packaging, which is very slim, light and easy to carry with you.
About the Author:
I use an extremely grounded approach, as both a Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer, and have used this approach successfully with clients - I am not brainwashed into thinking we have to stick to a 'quinoa type diet' or eat nothing but rabbit food. I believe in a balanced approach providing subtle changes which are manageable even with the most hectic of lifestyles. I don't live off a diet of chicken, salad, broccoli and never having an alcoholic drink so I don't believe everyone else has to!

I will certainly be recommending Feel Multivitamins to my clients!
I've really been impressed by the Feel Multi-vitamin. They include a range of vitamins, minerals and botanicals at beneficial levels, all at 100% or more of the Nutrient reference values. I especially like the fact that the B vitamins are at therapeutic doses, which is great to support energy levels and stress management, generally a must in today’s modern lifestyles.
I really love the fact that L-Glutamine is included in the preparation (I've never seen this in a multi before) Many people suffer with digestive problems and L-Glutamine can be a fantastic support for these people being the main fuel for the lining of the intestines.
It's particularly impressive that the feel Multi doesn't contain any junk! No sweeteners, synthetic fillers or bulking agents are used. The packaging is also biodegradable, meaning they not only care for us, but also our environment. I will be certainly be recommending the Feel Multi to my clients!

What FEEL offers is products categorised into areas of support
As a Nutritional Therapist it is frustrating to see many supplements containing fillers, binders and other unnecessary additives. FEEL don't contain any of these and they are also great in that they contain some slightly more unusual, but highly beneficial, ingredients such as Turmeric, Piperine, CoQ10, Reishi mushrooms and Spirulina. They also arrive in great eco-friendly packaging.
What FEEL offers is products categorised into areas of support, so whether you are looking for a great all round multi-vitamin, an immunity product, hair, skin and nails support or great pregnancy support, this can be easy to find. Also, bundles that can be grouped together at a discounted rate. As I am also a maternity reflexologist the pregnancy support will be a great one to recommend to clients. I also particularly like their Nootropics blend, a natural way to guard against daily stresses and fatigue.
And being a subscription service, this can ensure your client never has to remember to order!

As a specialist in plant-based diets, these are a good option
Feel multivitamins are a rich source of vitamins and minerals, providing 100% or more of the daily requirement for most of its ingredients.
As a specialist in plant-based diets, these are a good option for many of my clients because they are certified vegan, cruelty free and come in 100% biodegradable packaging. They are also allergen-free, halal, kosher and non-gmo making them an all-round good option for people with allergies, intolerances, and special diets.

Using natural and vegan sources demonstrates a commitment to quality and ethical products.
I like that Feel have included additional ingredients alongside the general components of a standard multivitamin. This makes the product stand out as it appears to be further reaching and supercharged with additional ingredients, such as specific anti-oxidants (grape seed extract), as well as extracts that can be useful in gut health integrity, reducing inflammation and ongoing immunity support (L- glutamine, Turmeric Extract and Reishi Mushrooms).
Supplements free of synthetic bulking agents and fillers is a really important aspect and can be difficult to find; many clients and practitioners are put off by overuse of unnecessary bulking agents, especially if taking a supplement protocol for a substantial amount of time.
Veganism, natural ingredients, plant- based diets and concerns around the ethics of using animal sourced products are growing issues in the public consciousness. Using natural and vegan sources demonstrates a commitment to quality and ethical products.
A bugbear of mine is receiving supplements in non-recyclable plastic pots, so having biodegradable packaging is definitely a unique selling point. Being certified vegan and cruelty free is also very important. Combined, these things encompass not only the importance of looking after my own health and the health of clients, but the health of our planet.
I like how you include a fact sheet on the assimilation and absorption of vitamins over time, this helps explain to consumers and clients the importance of taking vitamins on an ongoing basis, and why it may take time to see full effects.

My teenage son and I took the supplements and had more energy and focus after a few weeks
As a Registered and Nutritional Therapist, I am happy to recommend Feel supplements. I was particularly impressed with their company ethos; they clearly care about making sure their products are cruelty free and in eco friendly packaging. I am impressed with the authenticity they displayed by asking nutrition professionals to review their products.
I was pleasantly surprised with the high levels of nutrients in the product, and as well as the usual vitamins and minerals, there were many anti-inflammatory and immune supporting ingredients such as turmeric, reishi mushroom and spirulina.
It also contains methylated B vitamins ensuring greater bioavailability. Both my teenage son and I took the supplements and had more energy and focus after a few weeks. I would happily recommend Feel supplements to my clients.

If you're looking to take one product a day with a wide range of nutrients and no unnecessary additives, this is a great option.
There is no such thing as a perfect diet and even though I always try to put food first as a main source of nutrients, the reality is that sometimes we need a little help. When we’re struggling with a variety, taking a multivitamin can help us to cover all the bases to stay fit and healthy.
As a Nutritionist & Herbalist, I especially enjoy that Feel supplements contain certain botanicals which have been scientifically proven to support our health and are combined together to optimise their absorption.
There are so many different products on the market which can be confusing – but if you’re looking to take one product a day with a wide range of nutrients and no unnecessary additives, this is a great option. I would happily recommend Feel multivitamin to anyone, who wants to support their general health without having to look too hard for each nutrient separately or take twenty different pills a day.
This product is also suitable for almost anyone with any dietary requirements and is a great time-saver, as it gets delivered to your door in sustainable packaging, which also tells you how long it takes to feel the difference, as well as which nutrient supports each function in our body

Biodegradable packaging is a huge plus for me as I am a firm believer in eco-consciousness.
Feel is a great quality and really convenient product! In today’s busy world most people benefit from taking good quality multivitamin. Feel give you all of that as well as added botanicals which have been shown to contribute to health and wellbeing.

The biodegradable packaging is a huge plus for me as I am a firm believer in eco-consciousness. I must say I am really impressed with Feel and would certainly recommend it.

Many may not know Vitamin D may not be vegan
I recently trialed the Feel Multivitamin. The ingredients used in this multivitamin are carefully selected and are bioavailable. They are provided at an effective dose that is likely to make a difference to your wellbeing. I like the effective dosage and selection of antioxidant ingredients at a therapeutic level also.
It is great that there are no bulking agents and synthetic fillers used as sensitive people can easily react to those ingredients. I like the vegan form of vitamin D as many people are choosing to go vegan and they will naturally source vegan supplements. Many may not know Vitamin D may not be vegan.
It is nice that the product is environmentally friendly and we can all source more products that are local to us to help support the health of our planet.

I would happily recommend Feel to my clients due to its excellent quality and bioavailability
I would happily recommend Feel to my clients due to its excellent quality and bioavailability. By using natural forms of nutrients Feel makes it easy for the vitamins and minerals to be absorbed by your body.
Feel has been formulated with care and excellent dosages of vitamins and minerals, and I love the addition of reishi mushroom extract, spirulina, and turmeric to support immune and nervous system, as well as digestion.
I have been taking the product for a couple of weeks and I can already feel more energetic. The right dose of each vitamin, mineral and botanicals make Feel an excellent choice of everyday multivitamins.

The right bioavailable format for each nutrient to further help nutrient absorption
I was really pleased to see that FEEL multivitamins contained not only all the vitamins and minerals at levels that I would expect to see from a quality supplement brand but also the additions of Reishi, Spirulina, Turmeric, Bioflavonoids and CoQ10, which are not normally included in your standard multi!
I work with business professionals who are often struggling with low energy levels, therefore I ensure that any supplement I recommend contain all the B vitamins needed at therapeutic levels and I was pleased to see that FEEL delivered these at 100% or more of the Nutrient Reference Values (NRV). The nutrient formulation also contains the right bioavailable format for each nutrient to further help nutrient absorption.
I particularly like the fact that FEEL multivitamins do not contain synthetic fillers or bulking agents and they are encased in an easy to swallow biocompatible shell which has a pleasant peppermint taste.
Another benefit is that FEEL’s packaging is biodegradable making these supplements ethical and environmentally friendly so you will be doing your bit for the planet too!

The FEEL multi is a very well thought-out formulation of vitamins, minerals and botanicals
These supplements live up to their great name - FEEL. I often ask clients who have been taking the same supplements for a long time how they know they are still having an effect - if you don't feel healthier, more energetic and free of negative symptoms, it's time to change your supplement.
The FEEL multi is a very well thought-out formulation of vitamins, minerals and botanicals, providing 100% of most of the essentials that we need for optimum health. It's vegan and it's packaged taking the environment into account too - what's not to love?!
I love the idea of a subscription - no longer having to worry about when I will run out, knowing they will arrive when I need them - great for compliance for my clients too. Great product, great company.

I will definitely be recommending these for clients
As a Nutritional Therapist, I’m always looking for great high quality supplements, that are not full of additives and unnecessary ingredients. For clients its often overwhelming to sift through a mass of brands and combinations that are available out there.
After trying these multi-vitamins from Feel, I’m actually very impressed. They are so easy to take and contain a brilliant broad spectrum of nutrients that are great as a foundation for overall health. I will definitely be recommending these for clients, not just for their purity and bio-availability but also for the very thoughtful recyclable packaging.

Excellent quality in their very well thought out formulations
I absolutely love this supplement! I have seen and sampled countless supplements over the years but none like this one!
Feel are the first company I have come across who not only provide excellent quality in their very well thought out formulations, but they have also created an ethical and environmentally friendly brand which is of equally high importance to me.
From the moment I received the supplements I felt happy and relieved to find that the beautiful packaging was biodegradable and even the colour print work on box had been thought about to ensure it wasn't harmful to us or the environment.
Once I opened the box it was easy to see that the high level of care and attention had followed through in every aspect of the product.
I thought the postcard sized insert detailing what happens after 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months etc of taking this supplement was such a nice touch, and the information overleaf referencing which ingredient is beneficial for which bodily function was also very clear and easy to understand which will be so helpful for my clients.
In terms of the supplement itself, it's clear that it has been formulated with great care, knowledge and experience. I particularly like additions of Reishi, Spirulina, Turmeric and Grapeseed Extract which aren't often found within a standard multivitamin yet carry so many benefits!
And last but not least.... although this shouldn't be the main reason to love a supplement, I can't help but love taking it every day because of the amazing peppermint smell and taste! I think it will help my clients to be more compliant with their protocols if they enjoy the whole supplement experience so it is win-win really.

Wonderful product and wonderful company!
I have been taking the product for a couple of weeks and I can already FEEL the difference, I feel more alert and energetic - even as we go into autumn which usually means feeling tired and lethargic for me. It’s great to have a product that contains not only all the vitamins and minerals you need, but such a lovely mix of botanicals too.
This is such a great all round product at a very competitive price. I absolutely love the eco friendly packaging and the fact you don’t have to worry about reordering them each month. Wonderful product and wonderful company!

Superior compared to high street supplements
Shopping for supplements can be fraught with mixed messages, uncertainty and dilemma. Do you opt for the highest figures, non-GMO or the colourful packaging? As a Registered Nutritionist I regularly trawl searching for the best supplements for myself and clients so I’ve developed a strategy that includes 4 priorities:
1) I look for levels of vitamins that will give me the right dose, personally for me it’s all about energy. I’m a keen runner so need as much as I can get. FEEL multivitamins have B vitamins in dosages that can support my activity and are superior compared to high street supplements.
2) Are they effective? Is the form of vitamin going to do the job? For example, FEEL have opted for naturally sourced vegan vitamin D3 (not D2), which has demonstrated to raise serum levels of vitamin D more effectively. They have put thought around the type of nutrient and how best it can be absorbed and used in the body, making this supplement effective. Basically, it works.
3) What else? I like a multivitamin that has the basics, but that delivers much more. FEEL multivitamin has added extras such as turmeric, reishi, spirulina, bioflavonoids, CoQ10….. all of which have a variety of benefits from immune, cardiovascular and nervous health. Plus, they don’t contain synthetic fillers or bulking agents and are encased in a low toxicity, biocompatible shell. What more do you want?
4) Affordability & ease. I can’t be pfaffed with negotiating an order each month. FEEL delivered the parcel to my door and it is sent every month, which is a good reminder for me to take them. I have many supplements that kick around in my cupboard because I’ve forgotten to take them. Plus the price tag isn’t ridiculous at 80p per day. You can definitely find cheaper supplements out there, but for the price of quality ingredients that are effective, at the right dose, with extras and delivered to your door, FEEL multivitamins are definitely worth it.

I like that the Feel multivitamins contain the right bioavailable format for each nutrient
As much as I would like to get all the necessary nutrients my body needs every day - and in the right amounts - through food, it is not always easy or even possible. Especially during winter or early spring months when the variety of available fresh, local fruits and vegetables may be limited
I believe that taking a high quality multivitamin and mineral formula, like the Feel multivitamins, is a great way to provide the body with the essential care it needs, especially during those months that are colder, have less sunshine and which may be called the ’flu season’.
The Feel multivitamins contain 32 ingredients, an excellent mixture of vitamins and minerals, as well as extra botanicals like grapeseed extract, reishi mushrooms, spirulina and turmeric that help to support the optimal functioning of important systems, like the immune system, digestive and nervous system. I like that the Feel multivitamins contain the right bioavailable format for each nutrient, like Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin), as well as bioperine, which is a clinically proven technology to further help the absorption of nutrients.
Another great aspect of these multivitamins is that they are vegan, allergen-free, halal, kosher and non-gmo, therefore I can recommend them to a wide variety of clients who may be following various dietary regiments. I also like the resealable, biodegradable pouch which the Feel vitamins come in.
I have been taking the Feel multivitamins for 3 weeks now and although there are a number of other factors, including sleep, diet and exercise, which influence overall health, taking a high quality multivitamin always help me to feel good and have enough energy while supporting my everyday activities and overall health.

A great product which provides a good selection of nutrients made from high-quality ingredients
I choose to take a daily multivitamin myself and as a Nutritionist, it is the supplement that clients ask about most regularly. For me, a multivitamin should provide an adequate amount of a wide range of essential vitamins and minerals, in a form which is most bioavailable (meaning the body can absorb it) – which is why I love Feel multivitamins as they provide just that. Feel contains 32 vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients, which includes 100% or more of the NRV of most of the essentials such as vitamin D, folic acid and copper. But what I like about Feel is that it also contains plant extracts including turmeric, reishi mushroom and spirulina, which may help to support mood regulation and immune function. It also contains piperine (from black pepper) which increases the absorption of many nutrients, which means they are actually getting into your system, which often isn’t the case with cheap high-street supplements.
Feel is suitable for vegans, which is important for my clients with the growing trend in plant-based eating. I am also very passionate about sustainability and making small changes to support the health of our environment, so to have a quality multivitamin which is made in the UK and supplied in 100% compostable packaging is a real plus for me. An additional bonus – it also fits through the letterbox!
Many multivitamins made using high-quality ingredients like this are sold at a much higher price point, making Feel really good value for money. I think this is a great product which provides a good selection of nutrients made from high-quality ingredients, and I would be happy to recommend Feel multivitamins to my clients.

The minerals are cleated with co-factors means that they are much easier for the body to absorb.
What I really like about this product is that it is not filled with lots of binders and fillers that you often find in other multi formulas. Other great bonuses are that it is suitable if you have religious or ethical reasons for not taking a product - this multi is vegan formulated, kosher and Halal. This product is also free of gluten, allergens and is non-GMO. It is cruelty-free, naturally sourced, created in the UK plus the packaging is recyclable or compostable.
The methylated forms of folate and B12 plus the fact that the minerals are cleated with co-factors means that they are much easier for the body to absorb.
The addition of botanicals and other beneficial ingredients (especially the CoQ10) mean that it is much more than a simple multi-vitamin.
The capsule itself is small, easy to take plus has an almost toothpaste smell to it when you open the packaging... not unpleasant at all to take.
I have taken this product for around 3 weeks now and have started to see a difference in my nails and skin plus my energy levels seem to be improving.

The list of ingredients is impressive, with therapeutic quantities in good quality forms that will be effective
The first thing my teenage daughter and I noticed when taking the multivitamins was the nice smell!
My daughter struggles to take some supplements, particularly those with strong smelling B vitamins or mushrooms, so it was good to find something that she’d happily take.
The list of ingredients is impressive, with therapeutic quantities in good quality forms that will be effective, but also safe to take long term.
I like the fact that they contain ingredients not normally found in multi-nutrient formulations such as alpha lipoic acid and L-glutamine, great for energy, detoxification and gut health – something we can all benefit from with modern lifestyles. I’ve also not seen the addition of reishi mushrooms, spirulina, turmeric in any other formulations, so this makes them great value for money.
As a vegan it’s important to me that they are vegan approved and the packaging is biodegradable.
I like that clients can receive a regular supply which helps with remembering to take them!

Filled with good quality ingredients going beyond the average multi available off of the shelves
Feel offers a multi-product which is filled with good quality ingredients going beyond the average multi available off of the shelves out there, and I consider this a welcome addition to daily regimes, and to add to that, the price is what makes this a great value affordable product. One to use.

Feel are really raising the bar when it comes to multivitamin & supplement production!
Feel are really raising the bar when it comes to multivitamin & supplement production! Through the use of clear and concise tables included in each box, you can easily see the physiological areas that will benefit from the use of their multivitamin, as well as, the composition of the ingredients/dosages used and how they compare to the recommended intakes - all of which is evidenced by the European Food Safety Authority!
A common issue with traditional, more mainstream multivitamins is the use of bulking agents. When used in supplements bulking agents actually hinder optimal absorption of the vitamins and minerals we are hoping to reap the reward of taking and moreover they can also present a potential health risk! Due to the potential for compounds being used as bulking agents bring able to cross over the blood brain barrier. By not using these agents Feel are improving the credibility and quality of the multivitamin market, for which I commend them.

The range of vitamins and minerals would benefit healing and recovery after illness
As someone who puts supplement programmes together for people based on a hair mineral analysis test I am very pleased to see the multivitamin cover a broad range of vitamins and minerals essential to health.
The elimination of fillers is very helpful particularly for those with many sensitivities and the dosages are well researched and not overly high and thus can be used across a range of ages. They are well balanced and include some superfood and extra bioflavonoids for improved immune. This is a particularly good product for those who have low iron anemia blood tests who need to be taking some iron with a good number of cofactors.
The range of vitamins and minerals would benefit healing and recovery after illness and surgery and is comparable in price and quality to many of the best multivitamin supplements on the market.

Feel don't use any nasty fillers or bulking agents, which are in so many other supplements.
I couldn't recommend Feel multivitamins more highly. I hadn't come across them before and normally if I've not heard of something I may push it to one side and go for my tried and tested brands. But Feel really stood out due to the quality of the ingredients. They have clearly chosen not only natural forms but also the most bioavailable forms of vitamins and minerals, ensuring they are absorbed efficiently and are able to do their job. Many highly commercial brands use cheaper and less bioavailable forms of nutrients meaning no more than 20-25% of them pass through the gut wall into the bloodstream. Feel also don't use any nasty fillers or bulking agents, which are in so many other supplements.
The other thing I noticed and love about them is the extras such as reishi mushroom, turmeric and spirulina, which help to fight inflammation, are anti-ageing and support the immune system. To get such a comprehensive supplement with all of the vitamins and minerals you need in their most bioavailable form, together with powerful plant extracts is rare. In addition, they are vegan and cruelty free, are formulated and made in the UK and come in compostable packaging so great for the environment too.
After just a few weeks of taking them I can honestly say I have more energy, sleep better and my skin, hair and nails definitely look and feel healthier. Without doubt I will continue to take Feel multivitamins myself and will definitely be recommending them to clients.

I was impressed to see some nutrients that aren't normally included in standard multivitamins
I enjoyed the experience of taking the vitamins and approved of the minimal, biodegradable packaging which is better for the environment.
I was impressed to see some nutrients that aren't normally included in standard multivitamins like: Grape seed extract, reishi mushrooms, citrus bioflavonoids, turmeric. piperine, and spirulina which make the product much more natural.
These vitamins and minerals are presented in forms that are more easily recognized by the body and therefore more absorbable, which is a very important consideration when selecting the right supplement which will actually make a difference to your wellbeing

Feel have gone the extra mile to ensure that their products are backed by science
The first thing I noticed aside from the excellent quality and the brilliant packaging of the products was the smell, unlike most supplements when you open feel they smell fresh and don’t assault your nose.
Feel have gone the extra mile to ensure that their products are backed by science and free of all the binders and fillers that you find in the majority of highstreet multivitamin and mineral supplements. Methylated B12 is a major draw given the prevalence of MTHFR with in the population.
I feel confident in recommending feel to my clients who predominantly suffer from autoimmune related conditions and this is mostly down to the fact that feel supplements amongst a great many other things contain turmeric, glutamine, Zinc and Vitamin D3 which are all essential for bringing down inflammation, which is paramount in working with those who struggle with autoimmune related conditions.

They stand-out from many other options available
I love how considered Feel has been in the development of these multivitamins. Not only have they selected some of the more bioavailable forms of the expected nutrients, but the inclusion of some further additions (such as reishi) is a real bonus.
Cutting out synthetic fillers and delivering the capsules straight through your letterbox in biodegradable packaging without the use of any plastic bottles tops it off and makes them stand-out from many other options available.

I was delighted to see that they're methylated
The first thing that struck me about Feel vitamins was the smell: a beautiful, fresh and natural smell that I look forward to with me tea first thing in the morning. So many vitamins have a really pungent, synthetic odour. I was also delighted to see that they're methylated, which means they're suitable for the up to 40% of the population with a genetic inability to process many of the typical vitamins in high street shops. That's already a win for me and my clients.

When I got a sample of FEEL Multivitamins, I decided to give them to my 19 year old daughter.
She never really takes any supplements. As a nutritionist, this always bugged me, so I was very happy that she was willing to try the sample for a month.
After a month of FEEL multivitamins I was happy to hear that my daughter was extremely pleased with how it had affected her skin. She always had issues with her skin, but during the month it had cleared up dramatically. She also feels more energetic and sleeps better. Very good results and I’m sure she will be taking this when she is off to university!
FEEL Multivitamins are affordable and contain a good dosage of many beneficial nutrients. Including quite a number of immune-supportive nutrients such as vitamin D, zinc, vitamin C and Reishi mushroom extract. Personally I don’t like supplements with lots of binders and fillers, so FEEL ticks a box there too, as the only two extras are the vegetable capsule shell (hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose) and gluten-free rice extract.
FEEL contains more ingredients than the average multivitamin and mineral supplement, and all ingredients are backed up by science. It is a very clean product. There is another plus for me: the packaging is very environmental friendly. Recyclable and it fits through the letterbox. With a monthly subscription you’ll never be out of your supplement!
I would recommend FEEL Multivitamins to anyone who would like to take a clean multivitamin and mineral supplement for maintenance of health. And I think it’s particularly good for students, given the ingredients and affordability.

I like that Feel have used methylated B12 and folate and the addition of the extra botanicals.
Reishi, spirulina, and turmeric even though they are in low quantities. And I strongly agree that it is important to cut out the synthetic fillers and bulking agents, binders and other additives.
I think the D3 from lichen is a good point, as it is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Considering that vegans are even more at risk of vitamin D deficiency, this is a good addition, I believe. And it is at the recommended daily value (even though I believe we need more than that to be a therapeutic dose).
Being UK made, certified vegan, cruelty-free, and 100% compostable packaging definitely influences my decision-making for selecting supplements. I am more likely to buy or recommend products that come in glass or compostable materials. Overall, I think it's a nice product. Considering it works out quite affordable at 40p/day, I think it’s attractive to many.

In fact it ticks all my boxes as a great all round multi vitamin and the price point is great too!
The FEEL multivitamin contains a more bioavailable form for each of the vitamins and minerals included in each capsule which is important to me when looking at supplements. I love the added superfoods, like reishi and turmeric, and the exclusion of unnecessary binders and fillers that you see in so many of the cheaper multivitamins. It’s also great to see that it is vegan, gluten free and allergen free, which is something I always look for as a practitioner. In fact it ticks all my boxes as a great all round multi vitamin and the price point is great too!
Plus points for me too are that the packaging is biodegradable and attractive to look at. It communicates a clear message which is then followed through to the website where information is detailed but easy to understand and visually great to look at. I like that it is available on subscription making customer compliance more likely.

As a registered Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapist, Feel supplements just make sense to me.
From the moment I first discovered them, what was most apparent to me was that they really care about what they are producing, ensuring that their products are from cruelty-free sources, with naturally sourced ingredients, distributed in environmentally friendly packaging, and reaching out to multiple health professionals for honest feedback about the quality of what they are producing.
What I love most about the product is that it's not just a vitamin and mineral supplement, it's a one-stop-shop, with the addition of several beneficial ingredients such as turmeric, grape seed extract, spirulina and reishi mushroom extract, to name a few, which have incredible immune-boosting and anti-inflammatory functions in the body.
The folate and vitamin B12 are methylated, meaning that they are more suitable for those who struggle with methylation (e.g. those with MTHFR gene mutation). The product is completely vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free and non-allergenic, give me confidence that as a practitioner, I can recommend it, knowing that it suitable for everyone.
I have trialled the supplements myself, and in just a few weeks this unique blend has boosted my energy and my mental clarity no end. I was also really impressed with was the taste and smell of the capsule, which can often be unpleasant in other brands.
I will be recommending this product to my patients.

I really like the comprehensive list of ingredients in the Feel multi.
The fact that your folate and B12 are methylated and that your minerals are chelated with elements that make the mineral easily bio-available and that where possible you are using a more natural source.
Fantastic that you haven't used lots of fillers, as I have some very sensitive clients. I love the botanicals that you have added - increasing phytonutrients can only be a good thing and I love the fact that it is made in the UK and the packaging is compostable.

I'm so delighted to be working with Feel Multivitamins
It is becoming increasingly more difficult to find a multivitamin which contains no synthetic fillers and bulking agents and Feel have truly succeeded with this.
The multivitamin also contains botanicals such as spirulina which gives an array of health benefits to the consumer in comparison with other multivitamins out there which tend to just contain the bare minimum.
Feel is made in the UK, certified vegan and comes in 100% compostable packaging which is another huge win!
I recommend Feel to my clients when they are looking for a multivitamin and if you are stuck looking at the countless multivitamin brands out there, I can assure you will not be disappointed by Feel!

This is a great supplement which can complement a client’s gut health protocol which is my area of expertise.
As a Registered Nutritional Therapist, I spend a lot of time researching supplements for my clients to ensure that they contain not only the best quality ingredients most suited to their particular needs but also in a form which is easily absorbed into the body and not full of excipients and nasties which can often be found in some of the cheaper, high street versions.
I’ve been very impressed with the range of FEEL supplements. The packaging is bright and cheerful and the supplements contain a combination of 100% natural, high quality, highly bioavailable ingredients which have been carefully researched to suit their target market. The company is committed to not only providing top quality non-GMO, certified vegan ingredients but also all packaging is sustainable and eco-friendly. FEEL supplements provide a novel and easy approach to keeping you stocked with your favourite supplements by cutting out the middleman and delivering directly to your door on a regular basis.
One of my favourite products is FEEL Nootropics - this contains ingredients to enhance mood, increase mental alertness, memory, cognition and reduce stress and anxiety. This is a great supplement which can complement a client’s gut health protocol which is my area of expertise. The gut and brain work very closely in association with each other and very often a client will present with a combination of digestive issues, cognitive and mood disorders and poor sleep. It is essential to dampen any stress response in the body to help alleviate gut or digestive issues.
It contains good levels of 5-HTP which is a biochemical precursor to serotonin, our ‘feel good’ hormone. Although caution should be taken with clients on antidepressant medication (speak to your practitioner), 5-HTP is well researched as a mood enhancer. I’ve often described L-theanine as giving you a ‘cup of tea’ feeling as it works to calm stress and anxiety. Bacopa Monnieri and Guta Kola are also powerful natural substances to support neurological health.

Hello, I’m Sarah West-Sadler and a registered Nutritional Therapist based in Oakham, Rutland.
I’ve always loved food, but it was the birth of my first son that triggered the start of my passion for nutrition. I started to recognise the impact of different foods and nutrients upon our health and wellbeing, both on a daily basis and the longer-term future. My son has Downs Syndrome and I wanted to do everything I could to give him the very best of everything. Feeding him well was something I could do! I am also a mum to twins, so life in our house is busy! I therefore recognise how challenging it can sometimes be to juggle life, work, children and then have a healthy, nutritious meal on the table!
I’ve worked in nutrition for over 10 years but it wasn’t until I studied Nutritional Therapy that I started to really understand that making simple changes to what I ate everyday could really influence how I felt. At the time of starting Nutritional Therapy, I suffered from regular headaches, mood swings, irregular bowel habits and fatigue.
What has worked for me and I’m sure will work for you, is a combination of nutrition and small changes to current behaviour and habits that get in the way of achieving your goal.

It’s like receiving a gift!
I’m so impressed by FEEL and the range of supplements they offer. I especially like the fact that the messaging is clear, products are high quality without the added junk and nutrients are at therapeutic doses. The packaging is also fantastic: it’s biodegradable and arrives in a box that drops through your letterbox - it’s like receiving a gift!
I've been really impressed by the Feel Multi-vitamin and especially like the additional ingredients such as L-Glutamine, which can be very supportive for gut health.
I am already recommending the Feel range to my clients!

Which for me makes them a market leader in eco-friendly products which is incredibly important.
My area of expertise is female hormonal health. Anxiety, disrupted sleep and low energy are issues for women in their forties, when hormone levels drop and the nutrients in Nootropics such as 5HTP and L-Theanine can help with this so it is a product that I would happily recommend to my clients. It also contains Bacopa Monnieri which supports cognitive function which is also important for females at this stage of life. I have found it beneficial myself whilst I am going through the perimenopause.
The products are made in the UK, vegan and come in biodegradable packaging which for me makes them a market leader in eco-friendly products which is incredibly important. I haven’t seen any other companies who are doing this. The supplements are also free from synthetic bulking agents and fillers so you know you are getting a good quality product. I am really glad I have found these products.

My name is Adele Appleton and I’ve been practicing complementary therapies for over 10 years now. However, back in 2013 I had my own health crisis when a brain scan showed signs of Multiple Sclerosis. The neurologist advised me that although I didn’t have MS yet, I had a higher chance of developing it possibly within 5 years and there was nothing I could do to prevent it.
