How/when should I take Feel Balanced Skin?

We recommend taking 2 Feel Balanced Skin capsules daily, with or after food. Some essential nutrients and compounds within our botanicals are fat-soluble, so consuming them alongside healthy fats will ensure they are optimally absorbed and utilised within the body.

Eating also initiates a cascade of digestive processes that help your body absorb the nutrients from food, and taking supplements with food allows for optimal vitamin and mineral absorption. 

Fancy a change? Did you know you can open your Feel Balanced Skin capsules and sprinkle them on food? Why not try adding to your favourite warm drink, smoothie bowl, or yoghurt.

🔆  Feel Balanced Skin can be mixed into warm drinks, but be careful not to add to hot liquids, as the heat can damage the herbs in our formula.

How quickly will I see results?

Everyone is individual and everyone’s health journey is different.

Depending on your age, your skin cycle time (how long it takes for new skin cells to travel to the uppermost layer of the skin) can be up to 90 days.⁶⁻⁷⁻⁸ This means that although the ingredients may start working their magic from the day you start supplementing, it may take some time for you to notice the benefits externally.

Consistency is key and our research recommends taking Feel Balanced Skin for at least 3 months to allow your body to adjust and provide you with the desired benefits.
