How/when should I take Feel Hair Support?

Specifically designed for women, Feel Hair Support works to restore the normal hair growth cycle, positively impacting upon the anagen phase through to the exogen phase. Clinical studies have shown that Keranat™ produces visible results after 12 weeks, when supplementing daily. However, Hair growth varies for every individual and is dependent on several factors, which is why consistency is key. Some females may notice improvements in overall hair health from as early as 1 month, whereas noticeable benefits may not be experienced until after 3 months.

The key ingredients Keranat™ and Biotin have an advanced absorption in the body due to the naturally derived essential fatty acids within the product which helps to aid bioavailability. For this reason, nutrient bioavailability should not be an issue and so one daily capsule of Hair Support can be taken either with or without food.

Did you know?

Feel Hair Support is vegan, gluten free, halal, kosher, non-GMO, and free from all 14 major allergens. Our products contain no artificial fillers, bulking agents, or colours.

How quickly will I see results?

Everyone is individual and everyone’s health journey is different.

You may feel some positive benefits from Feel Hair Support within the first few weeks, however, it may take some time for you to notice the benefits externally. Don’t worry - our ingredients are still working their magic!

For some, the benefits may take more time. This may be because:

  • Some people require higher amounts of nutrients depending on their sex, age, genetics, diet, possible medication, stress levels and lifestyle
  • Not all nutrients absorb at the same rate

Why is taking Feel Hair Support consistently so important?

Supplements can help you achieve your health goals, but only if you remember to take them consistently.

Out of sight, out of mind; sound familiar?

If you have a hard time remembering to take your daily supplements, try keeping them in a visible place, such as:

  • By your kettle
  • Next to your toothbrush
  • With your cereal boxes

Taking your supplements at the same time every day will help this to become a habit. Try taking your supplements at a particular time, such as with lunch or dinner, or setting an alarm to remind you when it’s vitamin time.

Finding a routine to help you remember to take your supplements is an easy way to ensure you experience the maximum benefits possible!

Feel Hair support is designed to be taken alongside a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

How else can I support the health of my hair?

If you’re looking to efficiently improve your hair health, then a combination of lifestyle and dietary improvements might be the place to start. Consuming collagen-promoting foods can help to support your body’s natural collagen production for stronger hair shafts and follicles, whilst consuming antioxidant-rich foods can help to protect against oxidative stress which can result in collagen breakdown and ultimately negatively impact on the overall condition of hair. Foods rich in Omega-3 are equally very important as they can keep the scalp moisturised, while enhancing hair shine and strength.

Collagen promoting foods

  • Citrus, berries, tropical fruits
  • Garlic, leafy greens, tomatoes, peppers, sweet potatoes
  • Protein rich foods – lean meats and plant-based proteins (beans, pulses, soya).
  • Cashews, pumpkin seeds
  • Egg whites

Antioxidant foods

  • Blueberries, pomegranate, strawberries, raspberries
  • Leafy greens
  • Green tea, coffee
  • Turmeric
  • Dark chocolate

Omega-3 foods

  • Oily fish – salmon, mackerel, tuna, sardines
  • Olive oil, flaxseed oil
  • Nuts, seeds
  • Egg yolks (organic)

Lifestyle changes

  • Refrain from adding too much heat to your hair as this can damage the hair and stunt growth.
  • Refrain from washing your hair every day and avoid harsh bleach or chemical treatments.
  • Choose sulphate and paraben-free shampoo and conditioners. It is believed that sulphates and parabens can strip the hair from natural oils, resulting in dryness, itching, irritation and even hair loss7.
  • Ensure to drink 6-8 glasses of water daily to keep the scalp cells and follicles hydrated.
  • Minimise stressful situations, as heightened cortisol levels have been shown to affect the function and growth cycle of hair follicles, restricting growth8
  • Reduce smoking and alcohol intake as both can impair the immune system and lead to possible nutritional deficiencies, which can negatively affect overall hair health.

 Disclaimers

  • Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and lifestyle
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
  • This product should be stored out of the reach of young children
