How/when should I take Feel Beauty Gummies?

Feel Beauty Gummies work to support the overall health of your skin, hair and nails. Clinical trials for Careflow® have shown the benefits of daily supplementation with 100mg at just 4 weeks. It has been observed that even one daily intake improves micro circulation by aiding the flow of blood and nutrients; therefore, the improvement to skin appearance can be quite immediate when taking Feel Beauty. That said, long-term consistency is still key, particularly as Zinc, Biotin and Selenium in Feel Beauty can take a while longer to build up serum and body stores. Additionally, individuals who are older, have a poorer diet and lifestyle, coupled with higher levels of sun exposure and subsequently skin damage, may take a little longer to notice the benefits.

Our skin cell cycle can also take up to 90 days for full renewal and replenishment, whereas the hair growth cycle is an even more extensive and complex process influenced by genetic, hormonal and lifestyle factors and therefore the rate of hair growth varies for everyone. For this reason, we always suggest taking Feel Beauty Gummies for at least 3 months and for the long-term.

We recommend taking 2 gummies daily, with or after food to enable better absorption.

Did you know?

Feel Beauty Gummies are vegan, sugar free, gluten free, halal, kosher, non-GMO, and free from all 14 major allergens. Our products contain no artificial fillers, bulking agents, or colours.

How quickly will I see results?

Everyone is individual and everyone’s health journey is different.

You may feel some positive benefits from Feel Beauty Gummies within the first few weeks, however, it may take some time for you to notice the benefits externally. Don’t worry - our ingredients are still working their magic!

For some, the benefits may take more time. This may be because:

  • Some people require higher amounts of nutrients depending on their sex, age, genetics, diet, lifestyle, possible medications, and stress levels!
  • Not all nutrients absorb at the same rate
  • Water-soluble nutrients have a faster effect than fat-soluble nutrients

Why is taking Feel Beauty Gummies consistently so important?

Supplements can help you achieve your health goals, but only if you remember to take them consistently.

Out of sight, out of mind; sound familiar?

If you have a hard time remembering to take your daily supplements, try keeping them in a visible place, such as:

  • By your kettle
  • Next to your toothbrush
  • With your cereal boxes

Taking your supplements at the same time every day will help this to become a habit. Try taking your supplements at a particular time, such as with lunch or dinner, or setting an alarm to remind you when it’s vitamin time.

Finding a routine to help you remember to take your supplements is an easy way to ensure you experience the maximum benefits possible!

Feel Beauty Gummies are designed to be taken alongside a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

How else can I achieve healthier looking hair, skin and nails?

If you’re looking to efficiently improve your hair, skin and nail health, then a combination of lifestyle and dietary improvements might be the place to start. Consuming collagen-promoting foods can help to support your body’s natural collagen production for stronger hair shafts and follicles, and tighter, wrinkle-free looking skin. Additionally, antioxidant-rich foods can help to protect against oxidative stress and promote a healthier looking complexion. Cellular damage caused by UV, environmental factors and poor lifestyle choices can result in collagen breakdown and ultimately negatively impact the overall condition of skin and hair. Foods rich in Omega-3 are very important as they can help with promoting hydration for the skin, shine for the hair and better conditioned nails.

Collagen promoting foods

  • Citrus, berries, tropical fruits
  • Garlic, leafy greens, tomatoes, peppers, sweet potatoes
  • Protein rich foods – lean meats and plant-based proteins (beans, pulses, soya).
  • Cashews, pumpkin seeds
  • Egg whites

Antioxidant foods

  • Blueberries, pomegranate, strawberries, raspberries
  • Leafy greens
  • Green tea, coffee
  • Turmeric
  • Dark chocolate

Omega-3 foods

  • Oily fish – salmon, mackerel, tuna, sardines
  • Olive oil, flaxseed oil
  • Nuts, seeds
  • Egg yolks (organic)

Lifestyle changes

  • Refrain from adding too much heat to your hair as this can damage the hair and stunt growth.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals on the hair and nails.
  • Choose sulphate and paraben-free nail varnish as well as shampoo and conditioners. It is believed that sulphates and parabens in hair products can strip the hair from natural oils, resulting in dryness, itching, irritation and even hair loss12.
  • Ensure to drink 6-8 glasses of water daily to keep skin and hair cells hydrated.
  • Minimise stressful situations, as heightened cortisol levels have been shown to affect the function and growth cycle of hair follicles, restricting growth In addition, increased cortisol levels impact negatively upon other hormones, making the skin more susceptible to breakouts.
  • Reduce smoking and alcohol intake as both can impair the immune system and lead to possible nutritional deficiencies, which can negatively affect the growth of nails and hair and overall poorer skin health.
  • Try to avoid sun exposure, as too much UV can breakdown skin collagen, cause pigmentation and increase the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
