How/when should I take my Feel Multivitamin?
We recommend taking 2 Feel Pregnancy capsules daily, with or after food, throughout the preconception to postnatal period.
Some essential nutrients, including vitamins A, D, E, and K are called fat-soluble vitamins, so consuming them alongside healthy fats will ensure they are optimally absorbed and utilised within the body.
