How/when should I take Feel Glucomannan?

We recommend taking 1-2 glucomannan capsules 20-30 minutes before eating.

Glucomannan capsules should be taken with 1-2 large glasses of water. 

Glucomannan fibre has an amazing capacity to absorb water and will expand considerably, so taking each capsule with plenty of water will ensure it reaches its target destination - your stomach.

For maximum benefit, take 2 capsules 3x daily

Remember to take your Glucomannan capsules at least 1 hour apart from other Feel products, supplements, or medication to allow for full absorption of nutrients/active ingredients.
