How do I prepare Feel Meal Replacement?
- Take 2 heaped scoops of Feel Meal Replacement powder
- Mix with 200-250ml of cold water or your favourite milk (we prefer plant-based)
- Shake or blend for 10 seconds until smooth

To support you during this phase, you may like to try and increase your water and herbal tea intake, as thirst signals can sometimes be interpreted as hunger.
If you’re still hungry, try a small healthy snack, such as chopped raw veg and hummus, or a handful of nuts.

Considering each food group when creating a meal can ensure that you’re consuming all the nutrients you need to stay on top of your game. Try to ensure that every meal you eat contains two portions of salad or vegetables, a good source of lean protein, and complex carbohydrates
Cut down on: saturated fats, sugars, salt, refined carbohydrates, ready meals, alcohol
Eat more: vegetables, fruits, whole grains, high-quality proteins, essential healthy fats
