How do I prepare Feel Clear Protein?

  • Take 1 scoop (16g) of Feel Clear Protein powder
  • Add to 300-400ml cold water and shake
  • Leave for 1-2 minutes to allow the foam to settle
  • Enjoy! 

Once you’ve prepared your shake, keep it refrigerated and consume within 24 hours - it tastes great cold!

When should I use Feel Clear Protein?

Our Clear Protein is great for on the go and is the perfect accompaniment pre or post workout or whenever you want to increase your daily protein intake.

Pre-Workout: consume 1 Feel Clear Protein shake 30 minutes to 1 hours before training

Post-Workout: consume 1 Feel Clear Protein shake 30 minutes to 2 hours after training

Ensure that every meal contains two portions of salad or vegetables, a good source of protein, and complex carbohydrates.
