How/when should I take Feel Natural Magnesium and Calcium?

We recommend taking 3 Feel Natural Magnesium and Calcium capsules, with or after food, in 2 or 3 separate doses. Some of the compounds within our botanicals are fat-soluble, so consuming Feel Natural Magnesium and Calcium alongside foods will ensure that all the active compounds are optimally absorbed and utilised within the body.

Eating also initiates a cascade of digestive processes that help your body absorb the nutrients from food, and taking supplements with food allows for optimum nutrient absorption.

Fancy a change? Did you know you can open your Feel Natural Magnesium and Calcium capsules and sprinkle them on food? Why not try adding to your favourite warm drink, smoothie bowl, or yoghurt?

🔆  Be careful not to add Feel Natural Magnesium and Calcium to hot liquids or foods, as the heat can damage the herbs in our formula.

Did you Know?

Feel Natural Magnesium and Calcium is vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher, non-GMO, and free from all 14 major allergens. Our products contain no artificial fillers, bulking agents, or colours, and all packaging is made from 100% plant-derived, plastic-free, compostable materials.

How quickly will I see results?

Everyone is individual and everyone’s health journey is different.
You may feel some positive benefits from Feel Natural Magnesium and Calcium within the first few weeks, but for some, it may take longer; don’t worry, our ingredients are working their magic!

Consistency is key and our research recommends taking Feel Natural Magnesium and Calcium for at least 3 months to allow your body to adjust and provide you with the desired benefits.

For some, the benefits may take more time. This may be because:

  • Some people require higher amounts of nutrients depending on their sex, genetics, diet, and lifestyle
  • Not all nutrients absorb at the same rate
  • Water-soluble nutrients have a faster effect than fat-soluble nutrients.

Why is taking Feel Natural Magnesium and Calcium consistently so important?

Feel Natural Magnesium and Calcium can help support you towards your health goals; but only if you remember to take them consistently.

Out of sight, out of mind; sound familiar?
If you have a hard time remembering to take your daily supplements, try keeping them in a visible place, such as:

  • By your kettle
  • Next to your toothbrush
  • With your cereal boxes

Taking your supplements at the same time every day will help this to become a habit. Try taking your supplements at a particular time, such as with lunch or dinner, or setting an alarm to remind you when it’s vitamin time.
Finding a routine to help you remember to take your supplements is an easy way to ensure you experience the maximum benefits possible!

Feel Natural Magnesium and Calcium is designed to be taken alongside a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

What else can I do to support my bone health?

    Be active
Being physically active and engaging in regular exercise helps build and maintain strong bones. One of the best types of activity for bone health is weight-bearing or high-impact exercise, which helps to promote the formation of new bone. Regular exercise has been shown to increase bone mineral density, bone strength, and bone size, with reductions in markers of bone turnover⁵⁻⁶⁻⁷⁻⁸.

Great weight-bearing exercises for bone health include:

    • Walking
    • Hiking
    • Jogging
    • Climbing stairs
    • Playing sports

Feel Natural Magnesium and Calcium designed to be taken alongside a varied, balanced diet. 50% of bone is made up of protein, so regularly consuming good sources of lean protein alongside plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables will ensure you get the nutrients you need to maintain good bone health.
